I have a lot of experience editing college papers for friends, and I am studying to be an editor. I take editing very seriously. I love proofreading and helping people with ideas. I should be pretty quick getting back to you if you send me your story to beta. I will do as much as you ask me to - if you only want someone to check for mistakes or if you want plot tips, I'm up for it!

My biggest strengths with proof-reading are finding basic grammar and spelling mistakes and picking out small inconsistencies with the plot. I really enjoy writing summaries and coming up with titles for stories.

Sometimes I am reluctant to point out errors I find (my sisters say I'm too nice), so you may have to reassure me occasionally that I'm not going to hurt your feelings.

I really like action/adventure, angst, tragedy (I will definitely accept death fics), etc. I love one-shots and character studies. I like AU stories if they're done well. Violence is great and I love suspense.

I don't like romance stories, but depending on the pairing I won't necessarily turn them away. I'm not really good with poetry. I don't like original characters who are used as anything besides foils.
