Hello! I am Liv and I can point out spelling mistakes and grammar mistakes easily! I can also help you move your story along, but I can only do it with fanfictions on books/ tv shows/ movies I have read/seen/watched. I am not expecting anyone to come to me if they write in IM style, UNLESS it is a chatroom story or something where they are supposed to talk like that. It's VERY difficult figuring out what they are saying. But I will help you with paragraphing, SOME IM language (once again, it gets confusing after a while), and much more! |
My Strengths: beta, writing, or reading strengths
Dramas, realistic fiction, sci fi, longer stories, one-shots, and song fics are my strengths. I LOVE song-fics and one-shots because they are easy to read if your looking for a short story. I really love longer stories too because you can get into them and really get attached. |
My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
I'm not a sucker for adventure. I just don't really know how to write it or understand it...same with action. |
Preferred: types of stories I prefer over others
Drama/Humor, Romance, of course I love plain Drama and plain Humor...there's Hurt/Comfort. Those are very good. I love Hurt/Comfort stories...and family dramas. |
Would Rather Not: I do not beta for these stories
I will not beta read...folk tales. If you write a folk tale, don't send it to me to beta read. Also, I won't beta read anything set in earlier than the 20th century. Mostly because I don't know much about how people acted back then. Also, because they talk differently (of course) and more properly. And that is not something I do. Those are pretty much the only two I have. |
