Hi there I'm Ash and I really enjoy reading and writing.I'll take any story with potential..it doesn't matter if its your first time writing or if you can't spell/structure your sentences. Because that's where a beta comes it. All I'm looking for is a potentially good story. When beta-ing I ususally check the flow and grammer/spelling of the story. I have a descriptive style to my writing that I can add if you want. But I wont try to influence your writing style. I'm honest but not one to slander others's work. Negative comments does nothing, if you want someone to improve you should give suggestions and point out problems, not flame them. I am quite creative so I can suggest idead if you are in a writers block :) I love reading good stories. So I hate to see good stories unfinished, so if you want me to beta you should be as dedicated (if not more) than me.

My main strength is definately my descriptive style...I can take normal sentences and add lots of imagery. Most of my writing invole internal monologues...so if you use that a lot, then I'm your person. I am good at breaking/extending sentences, to help the flow of the story. I've done my fair share of writing before FF so I can help develop characters and the plot. I can help you if you get stuck/writers block. I'm good at coming up with random twists...but you need to give me a few chapters to develop it.

I was brought up in the US+UK so my spelling is a mixture of both like tire instead of tyre or favourite instead of favorite. So I switch between them, but if you can pick up on that, then no problem. I don't like repeated use of the same words...I think they ruin the flow. If you want me to beta your poem that's fine...but I suck at rhyming.

Well I love all types of romance. So bring on the historial romance, gender benders... I'm not really fussy but I prefer to beta read stories I know...it makes it easier to spot OOC and stuff. So mangas like Vampire Knight, Ouran Host Club, Full Moon wo Sagashite, Fushigi Yuugi, Aishiteru Baby, Fly High, La Corda, Watashi ni xx Shinasai, Shugo Chara, Kaichou wa Maid Sama, Dengeki Daisy, Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles, The One, Bride of the Water God, Evyione...

Yaoi, Shonen-ai, Yuri...sorry but they are definately not my cup of tea. I don't like too much swearing but if it's need in the plot, thats fine. But if it's every other line then I prefer not to. I don't like too much violence unless there's a need for it in the story. So I prefer no domestic violence and harming. I prefer not to beta stories with OC characters, I don't mind OCC but not OC.
