Well, I'm nothing if not thorough. Anything sent to me will return completely riddled with black marks (literally; I beta by making all changes and comments bold). I'm good with grammar, style, and plot hole filling, and I can promise you that I will at least try to beta everything I receive. However, my tolerance for idiots is nonexistent-I'm a beta, not a miracle worker. Still, I strive to pull up all stories I receive to my ridiculously high standards. I'm also OC-friendly; I don't mind them at all and will not immediately condemn any I see.

If there's one thing that I can say with absolute certainty about my editing habits is that I am thorough as hell. (And hell is extremely thorough. Ever been there? Suffering as far as the eye can see, nothing at all like heaven, where bliss factors tend to get a little shaky at times. Hell gets all the bureaucrats, they tend to be good at that stuff.) Rest assured that I will completely pick apart everything I'm sent until it's as close to perfect as conceivably possible.

I'm rude. Sorry. Most people I edit for come away from the experience with at least slightly bruised egos. And sometimes if your writing is enough of a chore to slog through, I'll get lazy and have to be constantly kicked to get me to finish it. And when it comes to characters I really like, I get kind of biased in stories concerning them.

*shrug* My attention span is short and my nature is flighty, so you'll get better results with short stories. Or ones that are engaging enough for that not to matter.

Nothing X-rated, please. I'm still with that tiny minority that believes fanfiction isn't just for porn.
