Well, I chose to beta-read because I know what it's like to feel unsure about your own stories. I hope I can help people with my feedback. And two: I'm doing it for the fun of it. I love reading stories since I can remember, and I've been scraping almost every genre. I enjoy a lot of things and I usually find good points in every story, even if others think it's crap ;-) But I can also be brutally honest if it's necessary to clean up a story!

I've watched at least one or two eps of several different shows and I oftentimes know the basic outlines, so you won't have to fill me in that much.

Grammar, spelling and overall lay-out are my main strength. Everyone makes mistakes, I mean I do as well. But it's always useful to have someone else beta-read to get mistakes like that out. They're plain unnecessary and too much of them are really annoying. Concerning the content: I'm more of a descriptive writer.

I'm not very good at stories that feature a lot of dialogue and especially humour. I just seem to have a really weird sense of it, and I can't help a lot with that. Concerning beta-reading for games can be a little peculiar, because some I know quite well, others barely and some in between. Just ask me about it or fill me in if I don't know enough about the charas.

Mystery, Adventure and dramatic/tragic stuff is just my kind. That's what I usually read and write myself, so I've got some experience with those kinds of stories.

I love reading romance, but honestly I'm no good at writing it myself, hence I prefer not beta-ing for pure romance ;-)
