Um, hi? I decided to offer my services because I know from personal experience how easy it is to overlook your own typos when proofreading, and how dumb one tends to feel when they're pointed out after a chapter has gone live, and I figure everybody wins with a "you scratch my back I'll scratch yours" deal like this, no? Now, I'm not a professional editor, but if you want one of those you have to pay them, at I consider myself to be at least reasonably literate. How much help I can give is pretty much directly to proportional to my familiarity with your source material, but I have a fairly broad range of knowledge and there are certain fandoms with which I have a good deal more than passing familiarity.

I don't really know what I'd call my strengths, honestly. Like I said, I'm at least reasonably literate, but I don't consider that a strength so much as a "non-negotiable qualification". I suppose areas of expertise probably goes here. Obviously, Sonic is the big one, but I'm at least passingly familiar with numerous other games and plenty of novels as well.

I have a definite tendency to focus too much on everything in a story having to make absolute sense, which is not always the primary concern in fiction. I've been getting better about it though!

I'll be most at home with Sonic stuff, but if I've played/read/watched it enough to have an idea what the status quo is, I'm game.

If it's a TV show that's aired in the last decade, I probably won't have any idea what's going on. I just don't watch it often enough to keep up with anything.
