Let's see... I'm 22 years old, I've just graduated with a 2:1 degree in French and Spanish and I have some experience of Italian, Finnish and German. I myself am English. I love languages, as you can probably tell, and I'm one of those geeks that actually adores learning grammar. I think this, as well as good grades in English for my GCSE's (two A*s) means I am quite confident in my ability to be a beta-reader. I would expect anyone who asks me to beta read their work to be reasonable and able to accept constructive criticism. In return I will try to be fair and reasonable myself, and will bear in mind that I am only here to advise you on your work, not to tell you it's wrong.

I am normally very good at identifying grammar mistakes and my knowledge of languages allows me to use varied and sophisticated language.

Soemtimes I have problems with correct punctuation (i.e knowing when to use commas or semi-colons), but I am working on this and I believe it has improved.

I would prefer to beta-read stories on things I am interested in or know about, so check out my profile and if one of your stories is on these topics I am more likely to want to betaread it. But I will consider most requests.

I prefer not to beta-read anime stories or stories on cartoons, as well as stories on real-life events.
