I really only read within my fandoms, and prefer to beta through things like Google Docs where specific comments can be made to specific blocks/sections of text. Honest, but I try not to be brutal, and I'm a pretty low-level beta, so if you're looking for plot and structure, I may not be your gal. I can point out smaller things like SPaG, awkward wording, blatant OOC-ness, and cringe-worthy moments you might want to change.

I'm pretty punctual; if you give me a deadline, I'll meet it. I'm good with grammar and spotting mistakes, I think, though no one really knows their blindspots, and am generally good at hype if you need a morale boost.

If your work is riddled with odd wording, I might ask a lot of clarification, which means I can be overwhelming and come off as overly critical, I swear I don't mean to. I'm really bad in regards to stakes, ticking clocks, and other general areas of plot structure. Terrible at sexy-check; I can tell you where I cringe, but I don't know what to do about it.

I love hurt/comfort, mutual pining, love confessions, and other romantic trash tropes. I can SPaG short fic, but I enjoy things a bit longer, between the 10k to 40k counts.

Incest, pedophilia, gore, BDSM, really graphic violence, unhappy endings, unrequited love, ships I hate (I promise, most ships I like or are indifferent about), adventure fic with no romance in it. I'm pretty picky, I suppose.
