Beta Bio: general description as a beta reader
I am a high school student who has taken AP English and Writing courses at a United States high school. I will admit I am not the best speller, but I always check for gramatical and spelling errors. I also love adding new synonyms when necessary to pieces. I have written many works for fanfiction.net, (including the stories below, I have probably written close to 30 stories). I also have an account on fictionpress.com and Deviantart.com. On both sites, I have posted stories. I enjoy reading anime stories, some TV stories (depends what show), and some book stories (depends what book). |
My Strengths: beta, writing, or reading strengths
I am excellent at writing detailed fiction. I use elaborate terms and I am very good at staying in-character (a problem with most fiction on this site). I use a longer sentence structure. |
My Weaknesses: beta, writing, or reading weaknesses
My weaknesses are definately spelling. I cannot spell very well at ALL!! Thus, I use spell checker and hope for the best. I also take a LONG time to edit. |
Preferred: types of stories I prefer over others
I like anime stories, preferably the animes I know. I like reading about The Outsiders and the Twilight Series. X-men is also a favorite. |
