First and foremost I am an analytical bastard so I go over stories with a very fine tooth comb. I am also extremely blunt so I don't pull any punches and tell you what you need to hear, not want. If I see plot holes or continuity errors I'm going to point them out and suggest revisions. I'm really good at proper grammar and flow, two of the biggest problems most writers face. I am also available to do more than just edit your stories; I'm also here to bounce ideas off of, something I know people need to do every now and then. Adding a different mind to the same problem can give some interesting results. But realize if I'm picked as a beta reader, you need to be capable of taking critical and constructive criticism.

I'm good at flow, characterizations, consistency, and plot.

Technical grammar, stuff like the passive voice. You'll see what I mean if you type and use a decent version of Word. Technical grammar is a large field and I'm not bored enough to master all of it. All I know is that no one has been critical of my grammar yet so I must be doing something right.

I'm a big softie at heart so I really like romantic stories. Also up there is friendship and hurt/comfort. I'm really not that picky but these are some of my favorites. I can read and beta just about anything, AU, slash, you name it I'd most likely read it. I don't like to limit myself just because I might not like the subject matter.

Poetry. Can't understand it nor do I honestly want to.
