Kelly Blank is a beautiful and insecure sixteen-year old girl who moves to the picturesque town of Chance Harbor, Washington to start a new life. As Kelly begins her junior year in high school, she comes into contact with a group of unlikely friends. They all realize that they are not as normal figuring out that Kelly is part of their witchcraft circle.
