What makes a human? A child born through the unity of a man and woman? A biologically engineered clones designed to pilot a war machine? or a former child's mind patterned into an automaton? Perhaps the answer to that question is as vague as the question of life itself. Or mayhaps in the end, will their action be the one to dictate their status, as both a living being, and a human?
