Harley is a 15 year old boy who designed an Iron Man suit in 5 years. When half the Earth's population is disintegrated, it's up to Harley Keener to save the world. But suddenly, a portal opens up and Harley ends up in Zootopia. Now Harley has to convince the citizens of Zootopia that the half the world is gone. Meanwhile, The Avengers discover who Harley is.
