Author has written 4 stories for Avatar: Last Airbender, and Fullmetal Alchemist. Greetings readers and welcome to my profile! You would like to know a little about me? Well, I'm flattered! Sit yourself by the fire there..that's right. Cozy? Then, I shall begin. I was born and raised in the wilderness. No, I'm not pulling your leg. My parents cleared out a patchof land in the heart of Pennsylvania's Endless Mountains, and had me running around in diapers while they set up a homestead for themselves. Twenty years later, I still thrive amidst the sun-soaked beech trees and glittering streams I've come to know as home. When not partaking in the beauty of nature, you can find me in front of my computer, furiously typing out some adventure or article. I'm a writer. Not quite professionally yet, but I'm working on it. I'm also an illustrator, and you may see me in the Deviant Art forums someday.(Working on that, too). Check out my xanga page for an entertaining look at my daily adventures. My writing isn't just for fun, though. I believe it has a purpose. I'm a Christian, and desire to see that come out in my writing (though, of course, not in a preachy and didactic way). God has done so many amazing things for me. And I don't mean he's showered me with gold and jewels and rainbows. My life has it's share of problems and trails like anyone else's. But He has shown me His love, in the sacrefice his Son, Jesus Christ, made on the cross for me. For you, too! Want to know more about this Christianity stuff? Want a good, intellegent debate with someone with an open mind? Email me and I promise to listen fully to your side of the story. I will not shove my beliefs down your throat, I can promise you that. Thanks for reading my profile and reading my works! hug I love ya! Dangerous Ground is completed! It's been a wild, exciting ride, and I am sorry to see it end. I've enjoyed writing it as much as I hope you enjoyed reading it! I want to give you, my readers, my deepest, heartfelt thanks. The encouragement you gave me through your reviews is absolutely amazing, and I am honored that so many of you took the time to read my story and give me such awesome feedback. I've been asked if Dangerous Ground will have a sequel. I've given it some consideration, but I'm going to have to answer 'no'. It was a long story ("you're telling me!" several readers exclaim.) and I'm happy with the ending, so I'm going to just leave it alone. However... the second epic has begun... Yay! I got my first art! Babbs drew a really awesome piccie for me of her impression of Dangerous Ground. Here it is if you want to look at it: http:///albums/c301/Taurewyn/dgwilder.jpg Yay! My first fan illustrations of Dangerous Ground! Irrel from the LJ KataraxZuko community drew these incredible pics. Is this girl talented or what? http:///albums/c301/Taurewyn/danger26yi.jpg In which Irrel draws the scene where Katara and Zuko bicker (and make up...grin) after meeting the crazy old man at the docks. http:///albums/c301/Taurewyn/tea1hl.jpgIn which Irrel draws my author's note on the benefits of Ginseng tea. I got a new fanart from the lovely Stellar Serenity! Check it out! No wonder this girl calls herself the queen of fake beaches, her coloring skills are very nice!http:///deviation/47284147/ Here's the official list of fics I'm working on over the summer. However, I'm not going to have a great deal of time for writing now that I'm working almost full time, writing for deadlines, and volunteering at children's camps. Updates may be slow in coming, but I promise to do my best! Dangerous Drabbles: This drabble collection is pretty much complete. Unless I get a super wonderful idea for it (...Unlikely... /jack sparrow impersonation) I'm considering it done. Undone: An alternate/extended ending for the anime Fullmetal Alchemist. Edward feels that he has left something undone, and sets out to find answers to his questions, following a mysterious letter from Shou Tucker. This fiction will be the last on my list of priorities. I like it, and I think I could make it into something good, but my concept for it is still vague and hazy and I've already made a commitment to get out my next Zutarian epic, which is... Undertow: I'm finally, officially announcing the new epic. All seems calm and peaceful in the kingdomsunder theInternational Council, but there is a deadly undercurrent that is threatening to drown the world in a new war, one that could be even more devestating than the first. Katara and her mysterious ally must put their differences and their inner demons behind them in a desperate race to find the avatar before the undertow drags them all under. Coming June 28th, Lord willing. |
