Children: don't tell my cats they aren't human. (So, no, and no plans to have any).

Job: writer (pre-published is, I believe, the latest buzz word) and avid hobbyist in scrapbooking, travel, cooking and photography

Favorite Author: Tom Conroy (who is not only truly talented, but a real gentleman as well)

Favorite Book: way too many to pick

Favorite Genre: mystery (it's what I write)

Favorite Movie: Much Ado About Nothing (1993), but lots of others, too, especially the LotR trilogy.

Hobbies: avid reader, scrapbooking, cooking and travel

Languages: English, French and Spanish with bits of German, Italian and Latin (tiny tiny bits)

Favorite place visited: Ireland (4 trips in 5 years) and Australia

Favorite ended/cancelled TV shows: Buffy..., American Gothic, Magnum P.I., MASH, Crossing Jordan, The 4400. SG-1, Arrested Development, Veronica Mars, The Unit . And probably others but I can't think of them.

Fanfic and me: I have always wanted to be a writer, but in college I quit writing. About 11 years ago, I started reading X Files fanfic and eventually started writing my own. Since then I've written Buffy fanfic, Angel fanfic, All My Children fanfic, Crossing Jordan fanfic, including organizing the fan-produced "Virtual Season 7," and now Jericho. I love fanfic because it's what got me writing again and it has helped hone a lot of skills.
