Yuuri calls his mom before the GPF, looking for some courage, instead he gets the news his beloved dog, Vicchan, is sick. He's barely convinced to wait the two days to see the competition through before getting on the plane home, but if he's going to stay that long, he's going to make it count. OR AU where Vicchan never dies, but this changes everything.

Yuuri Katsuki is your average guy, trying to find his soulmate and be recognized by his idol while he tries to win medals from skating. Victor Nikiforov is less average, a famous skater, also trying to find his soulmate, but it's harder than it has any right to be.

It's a rainy day, and Victor and Yuuri are stuck inside their apartment watching the rainfall

Life was beginning to feel like something out of a comic book, what with all the super powered humans, the occasional alien, and who knows what else going on! But the last thing Victor expected was to be kidnapped. He had nothing to do with any of this, and neither did his wonderful, also kidnapped, boyfriend!

Loving and living with Yuuri wasn't quite as simple a road as Victor had anticipated, but it would always be worth it. That's not to say that it was smooth sailing for Yuuri either, but neither of them would rather have it another way. Even if they were on different pages now and again, or if they have bad days and snap at each other, at the end of the day they were happy.

Vicchan doesn't understand why Yuuri went away, or why he hasn't come back. (I can't believe Vicchan doesn't have a character tag)

If he ever got out of this he was giving up being any kind of scientist, he would do something else, like skate, or stream video games, or...or anything else but he never wanted to be in a situation like this again. Yuuri's got himself into quite the problem, and there's not even anything he can do to fix it. Luckily Phichit and Victor are there to figure it out.

Victor has a surprise for Yuuri, and Yuuri decides to share a secret of his own.

The first time Phichit met Yuuri, the Japanese man was frantically rushing out the door, saying something in rapid Japanese that he didn't have a chance of understanding. Its the first of many firsts with Yuuri.

I wonder what time it is. He didn't look away from the pen, thought lost as quickly as it was formed.

Phichit wants nothing more than for Yuuri and Victor to get married. But he also didn't come this far just to lose. So, what should he do?
