I stumbled upon fanfiction.net a LONG time ago, desperate for something to read. The concept of fanfiction being somewhat new to me, I stumbled around for awhile and discovered, to my utter delight, that there were people out there writing about my all time favorite X-men couple, Storm and Wolverine. Something my interest was piqued in when I saw an episode of the animated series where they were married in an alternate universe where Magneto was leader of the team.

I absolutely love the idea of Ororo and Logan as a couple. And that hasn't changed one iota as time has gone by. The more I read about them, the more I looked for. After absorbing what felt like millions of words about them, I felt a burning desire to try my own hand at writing about them. And so, I sat down and started writing my first piece of fanfiction. Something that I have recently revisited to see if perhaps I could re-imagine that story into something original I could get published.

Further exploration also introduced me to the Xena fanfiction universe. And I was sucked into that universe as well, delighted to find so many like minded individuals out there who thought of Xena and Gabrielle as the soulmates that they are. And, with the success of my X-men story fresh in my mind, I dove into writing about them as well. Which led to dipping my hand into the Uber universe and eventually writing a story that I hope soon to put up on Amazon's self publishing website.
