I'm MoonstoneGoddess, a happy-go-lucky member of the species homo sapiens. I am deadly serious, arrogant as, humble, kind and helpful, spiteful and rude, a total goofball, socially aware, as well as several other things, because no. I'm not the one girl. I am 99999999999999999. (9 is my lucky number.)

I hate myself. I love myself. The planet is one of the best places in the universe. It's also one of the worst. It's also the only one I know, so I love it. To be frank, I hate the human species, but it's also the best thing that ever happened, because I am contradictory. I am inconsistent. I am human.

I am also that one. That one girl you don't know what to make of. I stare at my antique sewing table for hours on end wondering which Victorian seamstress sat at it, shaking out bits of fabric, marking cloth with chalk, pressing the buttons of the sewing machines. I spend hours in a St Vinnies store and usually don't spend anything, but stare at the old-fashioned dolls and little trinkets and the books and paintings. I've been writing stories since I was four. Anne Shirley is the creation of a genius. Candy is my life. Emily Rodda is brilliant. Jackie French has a style that makes me pore over her books for hours. Lilly Singh and Malala Yousafzai are my idols. I haven't read Harry Potter, so come at me with your pitchforks. I am not a FourTris shipper, mainly because I never understood what romance has to do with boats. I spit on romance anyway. Artemis is the best.

Marvin the Paranoid Android is hilarious. Trillian is cool, and Zaphod- well, Zaphod. Beeblebrox. Ahh- I laugh every time. BEEBLEBROX!

I live in Australia and don't tan, don't like the beach, and don't do barbecues. (Destroying stereotypes right and left.) And- and you better listen- I have never ONCE said "G'day" "Dinky-di" or anything akin. We in Australia so seldom say things like that that Australian-imitators on the other side of the world prob'ly say them more than us actual Australians. So freaking SUCK IT UP!

I like Animal Jam a fair bit.

I am a hoarder.

History is the best thing in the universe ever to exist. Historical fiction is BOSS. I am particularly interested in the Tudors, Pompeii, and the Victorian era, as well as Australia's early colonial days, like life on the First Fleet. Not to mention the Sultanate of the women- though it was awfully violent.

I am antisocial and don't like going outside much because I burn as easily as- as- um- I burn like- I don't know, but I'm outside for two minutes on a hot day and my face can be mistaken for a pink pig's. (I don't have a particularly square jaw but my nose is a bit snub... Why am I likening my face to a pig's...? Do I have issues?)

I want chocolate.

Goats are my favourite animals. (But Artemis is still my favourite goddess. Sucks to you, Dionysus.)
