DC nerd seeking fellow nerds, all my friends are tired of listening to me go on about comic stuff, probably because most of the time they have no idea what I’m talking about. Like no one has any interest in learning the life story of all the Robins (and like the whole batfam) because Batman himself is like the least interesting part of his comics. They certainly don’t care about how the teen titans is the best superhero team but the Young Justice tv is the best adaptation of it even though it’s supposed to be a totally different team. And I have so, so many feelings about the treatment of Wally West in literally everything (except maybe the JL tv show) like someone at DC clearly hates Wally and I want it to stop, it’s like a legit conspiracy. I also really want to talk about how Dick and Babs are my cannon OTP (Dick and Wally are my non-cannon) and DC needs to stop making them date other people, the only other relationship either of them had that held any water was Dick and Kory (I don’t acknowledge Bruce and Babs, it’s not a real thing no matter how much Bruce Timm wants it to be) like no one cares about Shawn the ex D-list villain and while I actually really like Bea as a character she’s no Barbara Gordon (plus she’s too tied into the Ric Grayson catastrophe), so even though the new 52 tried to erase their history Rebirth had been a thing since 2016, it’s long past time to fix that shit.
