I'll keep it short and to the point then, since you're clearly here for the content and not for me lol.

I have read many books and find so many to be a masterpiece... I'm going to just place 3 below that have truly opened my eyes to the world of the literary art. It's hard to choose just 3, but if I don't limit myself I won't stop lol.

Shadow Spinner by Susan Fletcher

The Eye of Minds by James Dashner

Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen

All are absolutely amazing books, so different from one another and yet all of them have such unbelievably beautiful and truly fantastic stories it's been so inspiring to have read them. There's many more which I would highly recommend, but those 3 are superb.

Now onto fandoms... Though I've mentioned those 3 books I doubt I'll ever write fanfics for them. So let's just be realistic here and throw some fandoms down I might actually write a story or two for.

Naruto

Percy Jackson

Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood

Divergent

Hunger Games

Kaichou-wa Maid-Sama

And maybe a few others, IDK.

I am more into anime than books, so we'll see what kind of trash I come up with to write about those lol.
