Main Pairing: Female Sole Survivor/Desdemona

Summary: She still wasn't sure if this was right. So many things could go wrong and the fault would lie squarely on her shoulders. Desdemona had already lost too much to allow that to happen and Charmer knew that. But they still sought each other because only they knew what truly lay beneath the masks they wore.

The determined leader and the perky prewar agent, both of whom deeply longed for an opportunity to rebuild a past dream they once had that tragically slipped through their fingers. With the war for the Commonwealth quickly escalating, revelations coming to light and tensions running high, can they survive the coming storm? Or will circumstance sever their burgeoning relationship?

The Wolf and The Nightingale

Main Pairing: Male Sole Survivor/Female Sole Survivor

Summary: A veteran couple emerges from the vault to hunt down those responsible of taking their son, only to find themselves in a world that looks just as bad if not slightly worse than the one they were familiar with for plenty of years. The Commonwealth had become an inhospitable war zone but that won’t be enough to stop these determined parents from finding their child and perhaps leaving their mark on this land.

War had made them experienced in handling danger from all corners. It would only be a matter of adapting to the new playing field. After all, enemies, allies and the battlefield all change as the years pass by. But war...war never changes.

Stress Relief

Main Pairing: Female Sole Survivor/Desdemona

Summary: It's not an easy life that Desdemona leads and many burdens weigh on her shoulders. At least agent Charmer is there to put her at ease and bring her attention to something else. Dez isn't sure if that's a good or bad thing though.

(Takes place sometime before the plot of 'Behind The Mask'. At this stage, Aveline and Desdemona are just friends (comrades? co-workers?) with benefits.)

New Lives, New Horizons

Main Pairing: Male Sole Survivor/Desdemona

'New Lives, New Horizons' is a series of one-shots that take place after the fall of the Institute and focus on the relationship between Nate, Sole Survivor of Vault 111 and General of the Minutemen, and Desdemona, leader of the Railroad, as they try to figure out how to live a 'normal life' now that the Commonwealth and it's people are on the cusp of experiencing the closest thing to peace. However, the wasteland has a pretty skewed definition on what a normal life should be and the Commonwealth's newest power couple have a few issues of their own to sort out before they can officially retire from their roles of leadership.

One-shots for this collection will not be updated frequently. They're mostly short stories I write for fun when I feel stuck on my other stories and I thought I might as well share them in case anyone might be interested.

(Railroad/Minutemen ending. Brotherhood of Steel have not been destroyed and have not attacked the Railroad.)

- A Single Night's Respite

Summary: With the war for the Commonwealth over and the threat of the Institute long gone, Desdemona takes abreak from her usual duties as leader of the Railroad and ends up spending the night with her best agent, the General of the Minutemen, at his home in Diamond City.

- Chains Of The Past, Hope For The Future

Summary: Nate looks back on events that have brought him to where he is now. Taking a moment for himself as he watches over activity within his new home at the Castle, he privately laments everything he had lost. His home, his family...But he thinks on everything he has gained during his time in the Commonwealth, granting him some hopes for the future.

Especially when his lover is also probably the only person in the wasteland who understands him the most.
