I'm not a masked, faceless being in a sea of names. I am a person, the only thing DIFFERENT about me and you is my path.

My philosophy on life:

I'm sure most of not all of you have at one point in your life taken a trip to the lake and decided to skip stones by the water. As you skip the stones, you try each time to make more rings in the water, seeing just how far you can skip. Well the next time you do this, try to imagine yourself as the stone. The STONE is YOU, and YOU are your WILL yourself out into the water. As you hit the water, you make a disturbance, causing a ring to form, touching anything and everything in its path. The stone (you) continues making these rings until it no longer has the ability to do so, eventually sinking into the water and disappearing. The rings represent your actions, and the things they touch are the people around you. As a person, you should try to make GOOD rings, rings that help others and continue them along their path with something beneficial to take from your action.

It is absolutely imperative that your rings bring nothing but good, because while many people who witness these rings form are adults there will be children who see them as well.

And at some point, you'll bring your children to that same spot by the lake to skip the very same stones

How I got into this site:

I signed up... I had a story in my head for months, and I just had to get it out because it was bugging me. It was a tough decision signing up though, because I wasn't and still aren't entirely sure if my writing would be successful here.

Current stories I am working on..

Inheritance: The herd manages to escape the flood, only to run into Daxter and Desmond, a duo on a mission to reunite Dax with his sister. Along the way, many familiar faces come into light, bringing back memories of Dax's past and reminding him of his place.

Numbers: 1, 2, 19. 2 has to be my favorite, it represents balance within our world. You cannot have good without evil, you can't have a thriving ecosystem without predators and prey, you cannot have less than two sides to have a symmetrical shape. 2 is the universal number for duality and balance..

Zepp

Animal type: Weasel

Profession: Investigator

Backstory: After being born in a blizzard back on Pangea, Zepp grew up all of his life without a mother, who died during the birth. His father being the dominant figure in his life, Zepp learned quickly about discipline and level headedness, giving him the advantage with being an investigator for his tribe. Zepp lives to protect his tribe, and to serve justice to those in need of it. He has quite the interest in the "unknown", being one to take in and consider even the most extreme possibilities should his partner Fang be unable to explain what's occurring, much to Fangs distaste. Don't let his playful demeanor fool you, when he gets a case he is serious about solving it, although Fang may not see it. After solving Case "X", Zepp took in a lone wolf pup, who is currently on his way to becoming an investigator... As for the Owl necklace and Owl scarred into his hand? You'll have to ask him yourself..

Fang

Animal type: Weasel

Fur color: Grey

Eye color: Forest Green

Profession: Investigator

Backstory: Fang was born without a father figure in his life. Being raised by his mother he learned that being logical was the best way to go. When he was old enough he decided that solving crimes and bringing peace to the minds of the village was his dream, so he joined out of his own volition. During his training he was brought the news that his mother had died from a wolf attack, conjuring a strong dislike for the animals. After a year of a fruitful career, Fangs life was turned upside down when he was told by the village leader to partner up with a weasel named Zepp. As for the scar on his eye? He still won't tell me...

Edon

Animal Type: Dire Wolf

Fur Color: Brown

Eye Color: Ice Blue

Profession: Investigator

Backstory: After being orphaned as a pup, Edon wandered in the wilderness alone, learning to survive the harshest way possible. He spent his life hitting rough patch after rough patch, but always managed to weasel his way out of it. He eventually fell captive during Zepp and Fangs "Moshikba" investigation and was fated to be burned alive along with Kids, Diego's son. His fate quickly changed when Zepp came along and intervened, and was taken under his wing. Trained as an investigator, Edon always felt that empathy was a way to help maintain peace among the villagers, and helped keep the peace in an ironic way by being the only predator there. He takes after Zepp, following him in his search of the unknown and looks up to him as a father, though he doesn't admit it.
