Hello everyone, Timeman63 logged in.

Most people say Timeman as a shorthand, especially in multiplayer games, so you can call me that if you like. I don’t feel comfortable showing my real name anywhere, but I might if I eventually feel fine with it.

I am a writer, of course, but I also wish to study to become a 2D/3D animator. I would be able to animate in my own time, creating tributes to the things I like such as PvZ and Undertale, or Youtubers I like such as Markiplier and Jacksepticeye. It would also be good to work for large animation companies or studios, although I have heard many…horror stories…of animators getting abused and threatened by the companies they work for, so I might stay away from those kinds of companies and work for indie groups instead.

I currently have two stories in progress, Time Snare and Heroic Hearts. I am certain I will be working on them for a long while, and college would only slow the process. Nevertheless, I thank everyone who has read, commented, and reviewed these stories, and will continue dauntlessly until I see the stories to their conclusion.

I will make a note here, as I have not really addressed the topic before: Anyone is free to send me Private Messages. I will read all of them, and answer as many as I can. Even during college, I will make time to read your messages.

All of the music from the Plants vs Zombies OST, All of the music from the Plants vs Zombies 2 OST, All of the music from the Garden Warfare 2 OST (Plants vs Zombies) (Plants vs Zombies was also one of the first video games I ever played, and even though I liked the gameplay, the soundtrack was by far my favorite part. A gorgeous array of songs composed by none other than Laura Shigihara. Bless her and bless her music. PvZ2 also had great songs, and GW2 had some good original tracks and some awesome remixes)

All of the music from the Binding of Isaac: Rebirth OST (Binding of Isaac) (Though I do enjoy the original game’s soundtrack, the remake had some incredible songs as well. Atmospheric for the right moments, emotional for the heart-wrenching moments, and rocking for the heart-pounding fights)

All of the music from the Shovel Knight OST (Shovel Knight) (Shovel Knight is one of the best indie platformer games I’ve ever played, right up there with Shantae. It goes without saying that the soundtrack is amazing; I love every single song in the soundtrack. My particular favorites are Flowers of Antimony, Vital Vitriol, and Fighting with All Our Might)

Any of the songs from the Castlevania OST, Castlevania 3 OST, and Castlevania: Symphony of the Night OST (Castlevania) (Castlevania was always a fun series of games for me, and the music compositions are simply classic)

Unbreakable Determination, Devilish Influence (Ninja Gaiden) (Ninja Gaiden on the NES was a very difficult game, but I absolutely enjoyed the soundtrack, especially these two songs. Unbreakable Determination is almost iconic to Ninja Gaiden, and Devilish Influence is a simple yet emotionally moving song that is fitting for the situation)

Skull Heart Arrhythmia, The Lives We Tried To Reclaim, In A Moment’s Time (Skullgirls) (Skullgirls is one of the best fighting games I’ve ever played, right up there with Mortal Kombat. There are far too many songs on its soundtrack for me to choose from, as they all have their place in the game. My three absolute favorites however, are these songs. Skull Heart Arrhythmia is an amazing song for the climactic final battle, The Lives We Tried to Reclaim is a somber and beautiful song that nearly brings me to tears every time I listen to it, and In A Moment’s Time is just incredible as an ending theme)

All of the songs from the Undertale OST (Undertale) (There’s nothing I can say to praise the game that hasn’t already been said. Undertale, while relatively short, is an amazing game. The gameplay is unique, the characters are memorable and charming, the storytelling is some of the best I have seen in a while, and the soundtrack is beautiful. If you have not played it, play it. I haven’t spoiled anything here, so please play the game for yourself, for there is so much to love. There are TOO many good songs to pick from, but my favorites ones might be Battle Against a True Hero, ASGORE, Hopes and Dreams, and of course Undertale. Battle Against a True Hero just sounds absolutely amazing, ASGORE is an incredible theme for the boss battle, Hope and Dreams made for a great victory lap, and Undertale was a great storytelling song. The thing all of these songs have in common is that they all nearly brought me to tears when I heard them. THAT is how beautiful they are.)

Every song from every Touhou game (Touhou) (I don’t know what else to say. I just love the soundtrack of every game I’ve played. I’d give the games more praise, except all of them are HARD AS HELL. I have yet to beat any of the games)

Die Anywhere Else (Night in the Woods) (Oh man, this game is amazing! Though it's kind of weird to call it a game, since you can't die or get a game over or anything like that. Night in the Woods plays almost like a platformer interactive novel, with lots of dialogue and interactions between characters. The characters are very memorable and charming, and reflect some of my own perceptions of the world. Mae is a dorky screw-up that just wants to do what makes those close to her happy, Bea is a cynic who has a harsh life and a bleak outlook of the world, Gregg is a troublemaker but ultimately wants to improve and do good things, and Angus is a lovable person who takes responsibility. Die Anywhere Else is one of the best songs in the soundtrack, and it perfectly portrays the feeling of being stuck in a difficult place and wanting to run away from it all. I know I've felt the same way many times. When I analyzed the lyrics, I nearly cried because of how close to home it was for me. "And if they ever hear my name, will they know I walked alone...", "And will they ever stop to think what was here before, no, they won't remember that I'm gone..." The bridge in particular is what makes me tear up, it just makes me so emotional. Because indeed, I too want to die anywhere else...)

Biography: Crazy Dave was born crazy, and he’ll die crazy. He used to work for a botanical engineering company known as Doom and Bloom, until he eventually left to do his own things. He still received seed packets for Plants that he helped work on, as part of company policy and benefits. When the war for Suburbia occurred, he helped modify the Plants to be more mobile and capable of fighting the increasing Zombie threat. He also created Penny, and a temporal teleporter. Biography: Penny was a time traveling device and artificial intelligence created by Crazy Dave to assist in winning the war for Suburbia. Though she is programmed to help Crazy Dave, she has developed a sarcastic personality and expresses some discontent in being Crazy Dave’s helper. Regardless, she has been an invaluable asset in fighting the war, and even helped create the Plant Database. (Thanks again Penny. I wouldn’t be able to sort intel without your program. Biography: Sun Pharaoh was an Ancient Egyptian queen who ruled her kingdom alongside many kings and queens for hundreds of years. When her kingdom was overrun by Zombies, she survived by hiding away in her sarcophagus where she slept for over 4000 years before being discovered by Plant Archeologists. She now fights in the war for Suburbia as a fierce combat medic equipped with her Cobra Lasers. (Maybe she’s had so many kings and queens because she’s always sleeping! That or being a pharaoh is exhausting)

Biography: Alien Flower came to Earth as a tourist (for some reason…), but was then caught up in the war for Suburbia. Her Spore Mist is an intriguing form of attack, as she spits alien spores that blind and suffocate Zombies (How the Spore Mist doesn’t hurt us is beyond me). She communicates to us through telepathy and alien sign language, and she leaves very little room for translation error. She is kind to us and seems to really want us to succeed. (I really want to know more about Alien, but it seems like I would need intel from her home planet, and I simply don’t have time for that)

Metal Petal

Race: Sunflower (Metal)

Biography: Metal Petal used to be a regular sunflower, but then decided it would be interesting and helpful to replace her petals with metal pieces. It worked, as she was far more resilient than most sunflowers and her metal shards really hurt Zombies. She is kind and caring for all of us, and serves as a great combat medic. (If you kept replacing petals so that none of the original petals remain, is she still a sunflower? The Ship of Theseus always confused me…)

Fire Flower

Biography: Fire Flower was born as the daughter of Fire Pea and Solara, and grew up under their care for many years. When her parents tragically died in the war, she decided to train to become a soldier to fight in the war and (maybe) avenge their deaths. She has a large heart and good intentions, but she is also somewhat naïve and doesn’t think very many things through. Regardless, she fights with a lot of strength and continues to be an effective combat medic. (You’re really lucky to have Stuffy as your girlfriend. I hope you two get together)

Biography: Rose used to be a servant in a castle for a queen and a king until they, along with the other servants, were killed in a Zombie siege, leaving only Rose alive. She spent the next 400 years living by herself in the castle, choosing to redecorate it with statues and paintings of herself while still keeping a few paintings of her queen and king in their memory. She was then hired to help fight in the war, where she would use her magic spells to fight Zombies and create teleporters to assist Plants. (All those statues and paintings of her make me wonder if she suffers from insecurity. Hmm…)

Biography: Citron was a bounty hunter from the future who decided to travel to the present to assist in the war, on his own accord. He is a heavily armored and weaponized Plant, using his future technology to eliminate his targets. He is caring, charming, and likes to make jokes and references to lighten the mood. Stuffy Flower

Biography: Glitter Zombie grew up on pop music and glamour. She dresses like a pop star and acts like on as well. Despite this, she has been bullied many times and is abused by her father. The fact that her mother is deceased does not help her situation. She was eventually hired by Dr. Zomboss (I presume?) to fight in the war. Though she is not physically strong, she has the unique ability to make her friends invulnerable to harm by generating magic rainbows. (How in the world does she do that? When fighting Zombie Heroes, she has the ability to generate brainwaves that confuse or cause stress to her opponent, and if her opponent is weak enough, she can even control their mind. Some have come to stigmatize Dr. Hypno for having such a dangerous power, and as a result, she does not get outside often. Regardless of her stigma, Dr. Hypno only wishes to help those who come to her for assistance.

To remedy the issue of being unable to walk on land, she pushes herself around in a giant fishbowl, which allows her to still use her powers to some extent. Neptuna makes it her personal mission to conquer both land and sea, and discover all of the world's treasures and keep them to herself. She likes swimming, sunbathing, treasure, octopi, spaghetti, electric guitars and sushi and dislikes fish jokes and people pointing out her baldness.
