Tribute form for my SYOT: We shall fall together {All submissions need to be sent through PM}

Name:

~ Please bear in mind that Panem uses unusual names, therefore I will be reluctant to accept a tribute named 'Mary' or 'Luke'.

Age:

~ From 12-18, don't be afraid of sending in younger tributes, their chances at survival are same as other's.

Faceclaim:

~ A celebrity look-a-like, no links though as fanfiction doesn't accept them. If you have trouble finding the right faceclaim, type 'faceclaim hunt tumblr' into the google web browser and it should do the trick.

Personality:

~ I need you to be descriptive here. Don't be afraid of being creative, give me even the tiniest detail about their behaviour.

Habits/Mannerisms:

~ Everyone has them. Do they smoke, bite their nails or shake their leg when nervous? Are they well-mannered? Give me an insight of what your character is used to doing.

Appearance:

~ Again, please me descriptive. Don't just give me the hair colour and skin complexion. How do they usually dress? Do they have a scar or a bodymark? Let your imagination run wild.

Backstory:

~ Provide some information about the life they've led before being reaped/volunteering in to the Hunger Games.

Family:

~ Name, age, relationship towards your character and brief describtion of their personalities and appearance.

Friends:

~ The same requirements as with family.

Strengths:

~ Be realistic. A poor child from an outer district won't be skilled in various kinds of weaponry, comparable to District 2.

Weaknesses:

~ Choose as many weaknesses as you did strengths. We don't need a character who is overly strong and unbeatable.

Reaped/Volunteered:

~ Outer districts may volunteer, but give me a good reason for doing so.

Reason/Reaction:

~ Were they shocked or did they put an icy face on and walked effortlessly to the podium? Did they volunteer to bring pride to their district or was it all for money?

Training:

~ What stations did they choose to visit? Weaponry, survival skills? Or did they just socialize with other tributes?

Weapon of choice:

~ Be creative. There are more weapons than just sword and bow.

Gamemakers sessions:

~ What did they show to the Gamemakers?

Tranining score:

~ I may alter this one, but give me an idea of what your tribute could be capable of receiving.

Interview angle:

~ Do they play the sweet innocent child? Or are they going for the ruthless killer look?

Allies:

~ Would they ally with someone? If yes, then would it be a small, large or career-ish like alliance?

Romance:

~ Would they be opened to one?

Strategy in bloodbath:

~ Do they run away from it or engage in the bloodshed?

Strategy in games:

~ Do they keep in hiding or hunt other tributes down? Would they betray their allies?

Why should your tribute win?

~ This is a final information and it may influence my decision on the winner.
