Jane is a confused, angry 17 year old girl who, by her orphanage’s employment contract, finds herself trapped under the guardianship of a mysterious man who hides behind his many charms terrible truths in the past and a deadly secret in the present.
As she adapts to the peculiar and mostly unnamed conditions of her employment, she inevitably taps deeper into her superior’s obscure personality, receiving equally subtle stimuli from his enticing, alluring persona and the sadistic beast sleeping a very light slumber inside.
What form does youthful passion assume, when so constantly bugged with survival instinct’s pleas? Jane will discover it along many other new feelings while she embraces the city of Gloen as some sort of unrequired, but much needed home.
