Welcome to my profile! On my account you can find fics for the following fandoms: Dukes of Hazzard, Drake and Josh, Nowhere Boys, Teen Wolf, Starsky and Hutch, Dirk Gentley's Holistic Detective Agency, The Walking Dead, The Vampire Diaries, Riverdale, Stranger Things, Henry Danger, IT & IT Chapter 2, Shazam!, Disney's "Descendants," Scream, White Collar, The Magicians, Boy Meets World, MacGyver (2016), and Dawson's Creek. Favorite characters and pairings: ~Stiles Stilinski (Teen Wolf): I started watching "Teen Wolf" because I loved Dylan O'Brien in TMR and "The First Time". Stiles instantly became my favorite character and - I never use this word - he is definitely "bae." My favorite TW pairing is definitely Stiles/Lydia ("Stydia"). But my favorite platonic relationships in the show are the father-son bond between Stiles his dad and his friendship with Scott. My favorite TW characters in order: Stiles, Lydia, Sheriff Stilinski, Isaac, Scott, Allison. (I also ship Isaac/Allison and Scallison, sometimes Sterek, but Stydia is my OTP to end all OTPs.) ~Dean and Sam Winchester (Supernatural): SPN was actually my very first fandom. I took a six season hiatus from the show, because I was disappointed with the direction it was taking. My favorite seasons will always be the first three, when the focus was just on Sam and Dean, being brothers and killing evil things. I love both brothers for different reasons. When I first started watching Sam was my fav, but the more episodes I watched, the more I loved Dean. He is the best big brother in the world. My heart will always have a special place for these two that no other show will ever be able to fill. Sam and Dean FOREVER! (You'll hate me for this, but I'm not a huge fan of Cas, only because I felt that his inclusion started to take away from the Dean and Sam Show. Sammy should always come first in Dean's life.) ~Dirk Gently (Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency): He's adorkable, socially awkward, eccentric, oddly charming, vulnerable, and desperately in need of love. There are so many reasons to love this show and to love Dirk. He is the most perfect cinnamon roll of a cinnamon roll character I have ever seen, and I just want to love and protect him - but thankfully that's what Todd is there for. I love Dirk and his bromance with Todd. ~ Carl, Rick, and Glenn (The Walking Dead): I did it; I gave in and started watching this show. And, oddly, I LOVE IT! I love the human aspect of the show, and the way it fills my angsty feels quota. My heart, however, could not take all my beloved characters dying, so I stopped watching. People die so suddenly too - and I both love and resent this aspect of the show. I think dying suddenly is bold and realistic, but I hate it because these characters you fall in love with are killed off without warning. My favorite overall character arc is Carl's. He has been through a lot, and I like seeing how he has had to grow up. I actually really liked Rick and Lori together, and when he heard about her death, his reaction sundered my poor little fangirl heart. ~ Jeremy, Caroline, Bonnie, Stefan, Damon, and Alaric: (Vampire Diaries): read the books first, did NOT like the characterizations, started watching the show, became hooked. The above list is my favorite characters in order. I don't really have any favorite pairings, because I'm not a huge Elena fan (though she's much, much better than book Elena), and though I love Damon's dark sexiness, he certainly is not a good guy. My favorite relationships are the Caroline-Bonnie friendships (we need more strong female friendships on TV!!!) and the Stefan-Damon brotherhood. ~Mal/Ben (Disney's Descendants): I'm in my twenties and this movie is for kids, but whateves, I love this movie! Super cute! and I loved seeing the next generation of all our fav Disney characters. I absolutely root for Mal and Ben, but also Evie and Doug. All the fluffy feels! ~ Jan Di/Jun-Pyo (Boys Before Flowers): originially I had a difficult time getting into this K-drama because of the bullying and manipulation, but then I got addicted to the angst and drama. At the beginning I was team Ji Hoo, but that changed when I saw how deeply Jun Pyo loves Jan Di (even if he's not great at expressing love) and that she cared about him in return. JJ for life! ~Neal Caffery ; Peter/Elizabeth Burke (White Collar): the Neal-Peter bromance which also borders on father-son is awesome! Peter and Neal at times have a rocky relationship, but they are always there for each other when it counts, and Neal knows he can always trust Peter. The Peter/Elizabeth marriage is one of the best relationships I have ever seen on TV. They give me hope for marriage. They are so sweet and loving, but they're not perfect. This show is just amazing! ~Ezekiel Jones (The Librarians) : gotta love a good-hearted, fun, bad boy. And he's an Aussie too! I don't like pairing him with anyone, because I love the Little Brother Ezekiel idea he mentions in 2x08 "Point of Salvation." I also love his almost-motherly relationship with Colonel Eve Baird! Other favorite Librarian characters, in order: Eve, Stone, Cassandra, Flynn, Jenkins, Moriarty. (Who am I kidding? They're all great! But especially Jones and Baird!) ~Bo Duke (Dukes of Hazzard): he's blonde and he's a hot head, who can drive like there's no tomorrow; I love Luke too, but mostly when he is being protective of his handsome, impulsive younger cousin. ~Starsky Hutch (Starsky and Hutch): I am not typically a slash fan, but if ever I was, this buddy-cop duo from the 70s would be my slash pairing. Every joke and every touch shows how much these two care about each other. It's enough to get my fan-girl heart crying. And it opens up a whole, wonderful world of fanfiction! ~Josh Nichols and Drake Parker (Drake and Josh): a super cute pair of brothers; can't have one without the other. I think my personality is closer to Josh's, and I love what a dork he is, but Drake is cute, and he adds to their dynamic. Neither character could really stand on his own. Not slash. ~ Jughead (Riverdale) - he's sarcastic, he's edgy, he's loyal, he's brutally honest, and he's Cole Sprouse; he's the best character in the series. I agree with what Cole said in an early interview: Jughead should be asexual (why are asexuals absent from media?!?). I love his bromance with Archie. Second fav Riverdale character = Cheryl Blossom. ~ Noah Foster (Scream) - there seems to be a trend among my favourite characters in TV shows, and Noah is no exception. He's intelligent, cute, smart, passionate, caring, loyal, adorkable, and socially awkward. I wouldn't have bothered with the show if not for him. My other favorite characters are Brooke and Audrey. I would ship Noah with Brooke and maybe Audrey, but I prefer their friendship and that she essentially represents a strong LGBT character. ~Shawn Hunter (BMW): I love this 90s bad-boy with a good heart; what makes him even more awesome is his bromance with Cory Matthews; Cory and Shawn are probably my favorite TV bromance (second only to Stiles and Scott). They are certainly my first ever fangirl bromance - before I even knew what fandoms, fangirling, and bromances were. ~Joey/Pacey (Dawson's Creek): they balance each other out and challenge each other; that's more important than being "soul mates." They make each other better people. ~Angus MacGyver (MacGyver) I remember watching reruns of the original MacGyver on TV as a kid, and I loved it. However, I immensely enjoy (and drool over) this reboot with the talented and super attractive Lucas Till. My favorite aspect of the show (no surprise here) is his bromance with Jack. Their actions, their words, their trust - ugh, so great! And sometimes the things Jack says: it's like the writers KNOW what they are doing to a fangirl like me. ~ Felix Ferne (Nowhere Boys): he's nothing like my personality, except that he's a loner, but I clearly have a thing for damaged, misunderstood bad boys. In the show, I would love to see more Jake and Felix moments, and also more brotherly moments with Oscar. ~ Jonathan Byers (Stranger Things): this character, and his little brother Will, get all my love. Forced to be a father figure to Will while still trying to navigate his confusing teen years, Jonathan deserves so much more. I ship him with Nancy, but I need more brotherly moments with Will! My favourite ship in the show though is Eleven/Mike. ~Ethan Morgan and Benny Weir (My Babysitter's A Vampire): not-slash, just mega awesome bro-moments. I mean, how cute are they? They've been friends forever and grew up next door to each other. They're like the Canadian, supernatural version of Corey and Shawn. If I had to choose a romantic pairing for the show, it would be Benny/Erica. ~ Eddie/Richie (IT and IT Chapter 2): What appears on the surface to be a bromance full of jokes and mockery is actually a deep love connection. I'LL LOVE THESE TWO TOGETHER FOREVER. They deserved more; hence, fanfiction.
Dukes of Hazzard "Fear of The Dark" - one-shot, tag 4x02 "Double Dukes," with my original insertion of the Duke Boys as kids. "Some Things Never Change" - my response to some changes I noted happening in seasons 6 and 7, one-shot. Drake and Josh "Occupational Hazard" - tag 3x14, "Theatre Thug," a re-telling with more violence and angst; Part Two of three up! "The Words You Said" - tag "Really Big Shrimp," series finale, completed one-shot. My response to the way things were NOT handled. Nowhere Boys "Nobody Likes a Martyr" - tag 2x12-13; Part Two up! (Temporarily discontinued) Teen Wolf "Bruised Scarred" - tag season 2x10-12. Complete. I do not typicallywrite slash, especially because Stydia is my OTP, and yet I've managed two different Sterek fics. There's something about Stiles/Derek that I find alluring - I think it's all the wonderful sexual tension and the difference in personalities. *Fun fact: My first two Teen Wolf fanfics are named after songs by one of my favorite bands: Mayday Parade. Starsky Hutch "Here is Where You Are" - tag to 3x03 "Fatal Charm." One-shot; complete. Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency "Molten Wings of Wax" - tag to 1x08; my first DGHDA fanfic. One-shot: complete. Riverdale "A Touch of Teacher" - tag to episode 1x02, expounding my ideas on the considerable pause between Archie's question "what the hell do you know about it?" and Jughead's answer. Will continue if readers are interested. Supernatural "Cursed" - initially set somewhere mid-season 2. Currently a one-shot, but I may continue if there is enough interest. TO READ my old SPN fanfiction from my teenage fandom years, check out my alternate (ie my first) fanfiction account: /u/901125/Beautiful-Crying-Angel Playful Kiss "The Lady of the Lake" - I have been watching a lot of K-dramas lately. I binged watched the entire series of Playful Kiss in two days. Here is a fanfic I was playing with when I should have been working instead. Throughout the series, Seung Jo treats Ha Ni meanly. What if the words he said had lasting consequences? (Discontinued - I lost interest.) Descendants "Even Bad Girls Fall in Love" - originally based on the trailer for the sequel; I have seen the entire trilogy and will continue my story as planned. In progress. Length undetermined. Walking Dead "The Short Second Life of Sophia Peletier" - a tribute to one of my favorite under-developed (and short-lived) WD characters. Vampire Diaries "You are the Blood in My Veins - an ode to one of my favourite VD characters, and the OTP I wish would have worked. One-shot. The Magicians "Every time I lose You, a Piece of Me Dies" - 39 times they have watched each other die; how can two people take so much pain? Quentin/Alice. Stranger Things "Man of the House" - my first ST fanfic, featuring one of my favourite characters. More love for Jonathan!!! It and It Chapter Two "Someone Worth Holding Onto" - a six or seven (depending on how it goes) part look at the beautiful, hilarious relationship of Eddie and Richie. Reddie SLASH! In-progress. Coming soon! Shazam! "Pure of Heart" - currently partially written and in development. Coming in the future. Henry Danger I am watching the show start to finish; a as yet unnamed angsty, violent fic is the works. Coming soon. |
