I'm probably far too old and not fluent enough in English to seriously consider being there. But sometimes I get a story banging inside my head and not leaving until it gets written.

Usually I like whatever is science-fiction-y or contains a decent amount of humour. This means for instance Terry Pratchett, Doctor Who, Star Trek, superheroes...

And for some reason, I also happened to become extremely fond of Frozen, to the point that it managed to obsess me enough to get me to write. Given how lazy I usually am, this means something.

Frosted Chocolate is my first fic ever. I love what-if stories, and I got the idea for this one while rewatching the movie, when Hans is explaining his plan to Anna, and I wondered how it would have played out. The story took roughly two months to write and for now I'm rather happy with the result.

The Complete Collection is a modest tribute to my all-time favourite author Terry Pratchett, who passed away in March 12, 2015. Nothing spectacular here, and maybe I will come back to it to try making the style more Pratchettian, as I'm not quite happy with it as it is now.

Unless there is children crying is the very first idea I had for a fic after watching Frozen. I found myself wanting someone to comfort these little girls, and it occurred to me that the Doctor and his companions could be interesting to imagine in this role.

Am I a good girl? is the sequel to Unless there is children crying. This time I wanted to throw some timey-wimey stuff at my favourite sisters. This has been my longest fic so far. Writing the twelfth Doctor proved more challenging that I thought, and I discovered that writing a Doctor Who crossover is complicated – give him too much to do and he can solve any problem all by himself, give him to little and he becomes the TARDIS chauffeur and doors opener… I hope I got the right balance.

Update (July 2015): I am working on the sequel to Unless there is children crying (which should be more action packed), and should have it completed and beginning publishing it in a few months, unless writer's block or real life decides otherwise. I'm also toying with a Frozen superhero AU story, but there is something in the main plot that does not work.

I have a few other ideas of Frozen-related fics (one-shots and AUs), but I don't know right now which ones I'll get around to write.

Update (December 2015): I am currently proofreading the sequel to Unless there is children crying and will probably begin publishing it at the beginning of the new year. I have also begun working on a Frozen superhero AU story, but it's only in its early stages. Stay tuned! ;)

Update (January 2016): Now publishing Am I a good girl?, the sequel in question. Still working (awfully slowly) on this Frozen superhero AU story, and I got an idea for a Doctor Who one shot inspired by the ending of season 9.

Update (February 2016): Finished publishing Am I a good girl?. Now I will devote my full fanfiction time on my Frozen superhero AU story, which has been going awfully slow. I'm around 30k words and still in what I thought would be the prologue...

Update (May 2016): Still stuck into my current Frozen superhero fanfiction. Since I decided to let the story progress slowly to explain the characters behaviour, I'm around 60k words in and only near the end of the prologue. Some day I will switch to a Doctor Who one-shot I had in mind just to take my mind of it for a while.

Update (July 2016): I should have reached hopefully the half of my Frozen superhero fic. Things should be faster now as the pace quickens, so it's more enticing to write. If only my work would stop encroaching upon my spare time and making me too tired/depressed to write...

Update (September 2016): Could not write a lot in summer, due to work, vacations, and a heatwave discouraging me from switching on my computer. Still halfway through the Frozen superhero fic, and hoping to reach the meaty parts soon.

Update (January 2017): Happy new year everyone. I'm still in the middle of the Frozen superhero fic. I could not write a lot this past month, but I'm feeling more motivated these days, so I hope I'll make use of it.

Update (May 2017): The last months have not been very kind to me - plenty of work and not enough sleep, and not enough time to write. Things are looking up now, so maybe I could complete the first draft of my current Frozen fic before the end of the year.

Update (July 2017): I have been steadily working on my Frozen superhero fic these last months. Still going slower than I would like, but at least I have been able to avoid writer's block so far.

Update (September 2017): Very bad stuff happening to me right now. I'm not sure if/when I will be able to continue writing. Too bad, I was reaching parts I had been wanting to write for some time. I'll let you know anyway.

Update (November 2017): That was two very very sad months, yet I have managed to begin writing again. Hope I will finish this fic someday, I have still so many ideas...

Update (February 2018): Happy belated new year everyone. I'm still writing and finally reached a milestone in my current fic. It's far from being completed, though, but at least I have reached a turning point.

Update (April 2018): Still writing this superhero AU Frozen fic. I will complete it... someday. Seriously, I'm in the part I wanted to write from the beginning, so it should be faster now.

Update (October 2018): Wow, it's been a while. Well, I'm still here, and still working on this superhero AU Frozen fic. My goal now is trying to complete and publish it before the Frozen 2 is released, but at best it will be close...

Update (January 2019): Happy new year everyone. Still working on the same fic, still as slowly, but at least I'm more or less seeing the end of it. Don't know when I will reach it though.

Update (April 2019): Happy Easter! Still working on the AU Frozen fic. I'm now coming to terms with the idea that I will not have been able to publish it before Frozen 2 is out, but I'm hoping it won't be long after that.

Update (October 2019): Still around, still writing the superhero AU Frozen fic. I just hope Frozen 2 will not force me to rewrite too much of it. If everything goes well, I could hope to publish it during 2020. And then I have another Doctor Who/Frozen crossover, a Doctor Who short, and probably a sequel to the superhero Frozen AU all waiting to be written...

Update (November 2019): Did not have a lot of time to write recently. But at least I liked Frozen 2 enough to get some future ideas (even if I think the film could have been so much better with little changes). And yet I'm still progressing so slowly...

Update (March 2020): Time flies! Still working on the Frozen superhero AU fic, and this time I think I am really closing to the end. I now have two sequels in mind for that story (one inspired by Frozen 2), and I have started working on a much smaller Frozen fic set after Frozen 2.

Update (April 2020): Hang in there everyone! Living under lockdown here... But at least I could write (even more than usual), so now I'm finally entering the final part of my Frozen AU fanfic.

Update (May 2020): Good luck to everyone still in lockdown. I have taken a break from my Frozen AU fic because I needed to seriously plan for what would happen next, so I have written a short fluffy fic set after the end of Frozen 2 in the meantime. I should start publishing it in the next weeks.

Update (August 2020): My, how does time flies. I am in the final stages of my Frozen AU fic, but there will be a lot of proofreading before I can think of publishing it (I will also need to seriously plan the sequel before that). I will probably publish my post-Frozen 2 fluff fic in the interval, to take my mind of this. The problem I have is that I find ideas of stories to write faster than I write them...
