12/4/2012 -- Just wanted to throw out a quick word to anyone still reading my stories that I have high hopes to churn out a story once I survive my finals over the next two weeks. So if you've stuck around, look for something new soon!*

HEY THERE!

I don't have much to say about myself since I'm really not that interesting. I love to write for fun, and I love to write fluffy, romantic stories that make you all giddy when you read them. So if that's the kind of story you're looking for, and you're a Shugo Chara fan, you're in the right place! I used to write Fruits Basket stories WAY back when (like six or seven years ago or something like that...). I still love Fruits Basket -- I actually just read the manga for the first time this year -- and OMG I loved it! Anyways, those stories are less giddy and have a more serious tone to them, but I don't write FB stories anymore because I'm currently obsessed with Amuto and Rimahiko goodness. (Love me some Kutau too! I just don't feel confident in writing a Kutau story! I just don't feel like I know the characters well enough to accurately portray them in a story. I suck!)

Anyways, I just want to say that one of my biggest peeves (not to offend anyone on here) is when people write in what I like to call Japanglish. Or Japanese/English. Like where the majority of the sentence (or phrase or whatever) is in English, yet there will randomly be a Japanese word in there like "Nani?" or "Ganbatte!" or any of those things. Not that I don't read stories where that occurs (obviously I do, or I wouldn't know the "problem" existed), but every time I see it, I think, does everyone in this story speak two languages?! Just pick one! And a lot of times, I don't know what the Japanese word means (cause I'm not as "hip" with the Japanese lingo as a lot of people) so it just makes it even more frustrating!

Sorry for that rant. I just felt like I needed to get that off my chest for some reason. And this seemed like a good place to do it.

Moving on, for all of you reading Tagteam Matchmakers...It's finally over!! T_T. It makes me sad just thinking about it, but I'm also really proud of it and I've reread the ending multiple times now, and I like it more and more each time (not to toot my own horn or anything haha). It took a total of 2 years for me to finish writing that story, and I just want to thank everyone who has continued to read it for so long. Sorry about those three random lulls when I got so busy and couldn't update! I'm for real working on the Kutau side story so that should hopefully be out soon!

Anyways, I'm going to post a few of my next story ideas here as they come to me so I don't forget them. Feel free to send me a message if there's a particular one you'd rather read over the other! (And all titles are a work in progress at the moment so don't pay attention to those really).

The Checklist: Tsukiyomi Ikuto keeps a secret list in the back of his notebook. To the left of each girl's name is a box. To the right is the location and way in which they each confessed their love to him. And all the boxes are checked. Except one. (Amuto)

The Other Side of the Wall: Amu lives with three roommates, her best friends at college. Since they were finally no longer freshmen, they decided to rent a place just outside of campus to get away from the dorms. The only problem is it's a duplex--it shares a wall with the house next to them. And Amu was lucky enough to get the room with that very wall. And she's about to kill whoever is on the other side. But four boys occupy that house and she can't figure out which one is causing such a ruckus! Can she piece the information she overhears together to figure out who it is? (Amuto. Other couples pending)

The Confession Game: Childhood friends, Ikuto and Amu, who've always competed in everything, decide to see who can get a significant other first. (Amuto).

Love Don't Cost A Thing: (That title will definitely change). Rima, a high class girl from the city, is forced to move to the country side with her parents for her dad's job. She's convinced she must wait until they move back into the city to find love again because she refuses to lower herself to these hick boys' standards. But what happens when she meets a local farm boy? (Rimahiko).

That's all I have right now but I will continue to add more. I can't decide if I want to write a story that's solely Rimahiko as well or mix the two couples like I did in TM. Its not that I don't mind doing that, it just automatically makes the story twice as long so I'm wondering if it would just be better to write two separate stories??

Tsubaki no Seikatsu by: Kanon and Haruna (Kanon really) -- Also awesome! But totally different from Haruna's! It's more similar to my kind of story, but WAY more well-written. And with like...a real plot hahaha.
