Personality: Nakori is a kind and gentle girl who tends to try and help others. Although, while she spends her time with Wave, she begins to focus more on him than anyone else in Night Raid.

During her fights, she is shown to be able to use Extase well enough to defend herself against Akame. However, when she witnesses her friends getting hurt, she tends to freeze but soon broke the habit after managing to kill Seryu before she could kill Wave.

Bio: Nakori was originally a member of the Hidden Guards (an elite group of soldiers that protect the capital) until she received orders from Najenda, herself, to locate Akame and support her in taking down the fake Night Raid group being lead by Suzuka. When the two first met, Nakori immediately attacked Akame to test her strength only to almost find her end with Akame nearly ending her life. After the conflict, she joins the assassins and befriends Wave, who shares an older brother relationship with her. During their first encounter with Suzuka and Iwo, Nakori froze in the middle of the battle as Wave fought effortlessly against Iwo, nearly costing his life until the intervention of Akame and Ran forced him to retreat. Later, they locate the group again and run into Wave's old comrade, Seryu, who begins to nearly kill Wave slowly. However, Nakori breaks her habit of freezing in battle and cleanly kills Seryu, leading her to become Iwo's main target as the group flees with the lost of Run but gained a new member named Neo. During the small break they had, Nakori occasionally checks on Wave as he is usually by Run's grave; making promises to protect everyone. During the next scouting, Nakori promises Wave that she will protect him before the group is ambushed and separated:Wave vs. Iwo, Akame vs. Suzuka and Neo vs. Masan. Nakori, on the other hand, manages to help assist Wave until Iwo delivers a final blow only to use herself as as shield, thus ending her life in his Wave's hands and promising that she will still protect him, even in death.

Personality: Lilian has two types of personalities. One when fighting and the other when she has her sword sheathed. When fighting, she becomes very confident and aggressive. However, when her sword is sheathed, she becomes very shy in front of others and stutters when attempts to talk.

Bio: Raised in the countryside, Lilian sought her way towards the capital in order to find her family’s killer, hoping to bring him to justice. During her time with Night Raid, she was present during both Callen's and Abel's deaths and during both times was injured. After her one month search for information on ammunition cache's, her appearance changes and she slowly begins to become less shy around others. After Abel's death, Night Raid is sent to hold back the Loyalist Army and during the battle, she discovers her killer is a new member of Demon's Grasp. The two fight it out and she manages to kill him while also sustaining a serious wound as well.

Personality: Juro shows to have a large infatuation towards Iris and will attempt to court her whenever possible, even though the latter refuses. However, he gets focused when listening to important information.

Bio: A former member of the Hidden Guard, Juro was selected by Najenda to join Night Raid. During the first day the group gathered together, he asked Iris Bristol out on a date and was harshly rejected after she kicked him. During their first mission, Juro is happy to be partnered with Iris who doesn't return the same affection. During the month they were set out, nothing happened between the two until their capture during the mission to assassinate Hywel. Juro is badly beaten by the leader but is later freed by Iris as the two recover his stolen teigu and kill Hywel. They also discover files on Demon'S Grasp. Both aided the militia in holding back Loyalist soldiers during the siege of Asyrith.

Personality: Callen gives a cold shoulder to anyone. He doesn't speak much and seems to not like attention.

Bio: Callen was a member of the scouting region for the Empire and holds himself partly responsible for the victories the corrupt Empire has had over its land. However, it all changed after members in his group betrayed them and sold them out to the enemy where his comrades, including the traitors, were killed. Miraculously, he survived but was branded a traitor and sent to prison where he endured harsh labor until a prison riot broke out, allowing him to escape. During his time in Night Raid, Callen never got along with any members but still assisted them regardless after their first encounter with Demon's Grasp. He later explained to Neo behind the scenes about his teigu. After the encounter, Callen aids Abel and Lilian to hunt down a Demon's Grasp member but they quickly find themselves captured by Hecate and Thanatos. During their time tied up, Callen and Abel reveal their pasts until Lilian breaks them free but is wounded right after Thanatos attacks. Callen then decides one person to stay behind to hold off the Demon's Grasp member while the other two flee. Without any vote, he offers to fight Thanatos and manages to kill him but at the cost of having his throat smashed, causing him to suffocate.

Personality: Iris is a lady above all else. She prefers that everyone should be respectful, however, when courted by Juro, she beats him up.

Bio: Heiress to the Bristol Family, she claims her family helped farmers after the success of the revolution. During Night Raid’s first meeting, she kicks Juro after his attempt to ask her out. During Night Raid's first encounter with Demon's Grasp, Iris is saved by Neo after being attacked by Hades and Hecate. Later, during the one month search, she is partnered with Juro. After receiving orders to assassinate Hywel, Iris is disappointed to be partnered with Juro again. After the two are ambushed and held hostage, Iris watches in horror as Juro is beaten badly by Hywel and manages to free the both of them and recover is teigu before killing Hywel. After which, they find files on Demon's Grasp. She was present during the siege of Asyrith.

Personality: Abel comes off as a hard man. He is easily irritated by the thought of his last name being of noble lineage.

Bio: During Night Raid’s first meeting, Abel watched a small blue jay in the window before the meeting started. During introductions, he got angry and told everyone to get the idea of him being a noble out of their heads. He apparently was in prison, for unknown reasons, before being recruited by Najenda. During Night Raid's first encounter with Demon's Grasp, Abel couldn't move from the sheer power Demon's Grasp had. Angry that he did nothing, he tricks both Lilian and Callen to help him kill on member before they are caught. Soon, he and Lilian both retreat while Callen is killed by Thanatos. During the one month search he is partnered with Lilian. During their time, investiagting the southern mountains for and Loyalist activity, him and Lilian both run into Hades and Pluto and are forced to fight until Abel protects Lilian, sacrificing himself and killing Hades at the same time.

Personality: Most of Hecate's personality is unknown but it is hinted that she is serious about her work

Bio: Nisha was once a soldier in a special teigu squad that went out from time to time, destroying enemy supply lines or assassinating various captains. She has had a past relationship with Neo but it is unknown how they broke up or how she joined Demon's Grasp. The first time they meet, after several years, Hecate blushes before leaving with Hades, raising questions among Night Raid. She soon appears again, attempting to recruit both Akame and Neo to join Demon's Grasp before saying a line, only Neo knows, revealing her true identity. Most of her information is recorded on a file found by Iris and Juro in Hywel's office.

Personality: Hades comes off as ruthless and only expects results rather than suggestions.

Bio: Not much is known about Atticus' life except that he was an officer in the Empire before it's fall. He then founded Demon's Grasp, an operation to take control of the Empire, and recruited several teigu specialist like Nisha. After their first encounter, Hades warns Night Raid to disband but after hearing word of Thanatos' death, he decides to exterminate Night Raid. After going silent for a month, Hades and Pluto head out and run into Abel and Lilian, ensuing a fight between the four with Hades and Abel both killing each other. Before his death, Hades appointed Pluto the new leader.

Bio: Pluto was present during Hades' death and has been appointed the new leader. He then recruits Cebel, a man who could manipulate wood, like Esdeath could with ice.

Personality: Thanatos believes himself to be a god, compared to others.

Bio: Not much is known about Thanatos' past. However, during his meetings with the other members of Demon's Grasp, he shows to be quite confident in his skill to take on teigu users. Later, after Demon's Grasp and Night Raid's first encounter, he and Hecate capture Abel, Lilian and Callen. But, the three manage to break free but he quickly attacks the three, badly wounding Lilian. He soon fights Callen and manages to smash his throat but at the cost of his left arm and is killed when Callen pierces his heart.
