Author has written 5 stories for Angel, Harry Potter, and Twilight.
Once again, time has come for me to mess around with this little profile-bio thing. Below (ie, scroll down a bit), you will find my work. I'd suggest not looking at Haunted, as it has long since been abandoned, and pride just won't let me take it down.
The Untold Christmas Story is new and completed. It's just a shorty about Tonks and Lupin and I'm quite pleased with it. It doesn't follow any of my other stories, but if you want something short, then read that.
Shadowed Veil is also completed, and I'm still quite fond of it, though I need to go back and edit some things. Just so you know, though, it was written entirely before HPB, so it's entirely AU.
A Long and Winding Road is currently in the works. Its a sort of forerunner to S.V. You don't need to have read S.V. before Long and Winding Road , because its more of a prequel than anything.
The Wait is the newest among the my works, and I'm very fond of it. It's the only thing that I've ever really written in one sitting (though it is short, so that might account for that), but I'm still pleased with it. I might post some other Twilight fanfiction later-- my green writer's notebook is now filled with the beginnings of about ten different plot ideas, but we'll see how that works out later.
In case you haven't noticed, I don't update half as regularly as I should. I've been trying to fix that problem since I started writing, but it has never really worked, so please bare with me. So, on with the show
About Me (cause I know you all love me sooo much...lol):
My Name: I have said it once, and I shall say it again... it is sufficient for you to call me Delano, thank you
My Age: 17 would be accurate-- I should totally be able to apparate by now, but I blame my lack of magic skills
Likes: Anything Harry Potter related, unless it falls under my dislikes...lol. I am particularly fond of our beloved Marauders. I do like reading and writing a lot. Twilight, New Moon, and Eclipse are my latest obsessions. Particularly Edward, Jasper, Jacob, and Alice (and, uh, everyone else...lol).I have some original fiction in the works, but as of right now, my heart is dedicated to my fanfiction. I like chilling with my homies (lol), and just acting like an idiot, which I think I do very well .I am a, I dunno, martial artist? I guess that's right. I'm a brown belt in taekwondo. Music. I would die without music. Classical, Rock, Musicals, Swing, Punk, Ska...pretty much anything but rap and country
Dislikes: SLASH! Could I be any clearer? I have a definate hate for the stuff. If the characters are written straight, then for goodness sakes, stick to the canon, and keep them straight! I have a very fond dislike for those Remus/Sirius-slashers...they were friends, not lovers.I have recently developed a strong distaste for people who put themselves above others. You see too much of it around high school, and its infuriating. I don't like people who judge others, even though I'm sure we're all guilty of it. And I don't like people who put down others to boost themselves. I'm not saying we have to love everyone and get along perfectly, but if you don't like someone, just avoid dealing with them. Save yourself some trouble.
Random info: Since 1991, bona fide Nobel laureates have handed out Ig Nobel Prizes. the brainchild of Marc Abrahams, editor of Annals of Improbable Research, Igs are awarded for "achievements that cannot or should not be reproduced." Past winners include a team of Autrailian scientists who conducted "an Analysis of the Forces Required to drag Sheep over Various Surfaces" and a paper from Stockholm entitle "Chicken Prefer Beautiful Humans."

Never underestimate the power of acting young, silly, and crazy. (Camy Baker)
All right... a few people have asked me for a sequel to
Shadowed Veil, and a while ago, I blatantly told you all 'no'. Lately, I've been thinking about it (mainly when writer's block decides to rear it's ugly head) and I have decided that I probably could write a sequel for it once
A Long and Winding Road is done. Or at least more than well underway (ie, later). That is, of course, only if you guys still want it.
Anyway, this has been my profile. Whether or not you have read it is a different matter, I am sure. Anyway, 'tis Ciao for now.
p.s. I still have faith that fanfiction can help a writer’s technique, but this can only happen if all writers, good and bad, are given honest and courteous feedback. Because no matter how bad or good the writer, they all deserve courtesy and honesty. That is an exerpt from an editorial by RussellGrl15 that I happened to stumble upon on Mugglnet. I happen to agree with pretty much all of what she has said concerning the current trends of fanfiction, particualry the afore mentioned statement. So please, I ask you humbly, if you do review my work (and I really do want you guysro review. . . really), please be as honest, but polite, as you can. I would dearly like to know where I need improvement, and I would like to know what you think. My writing will never improve if those of you who see errors do not point them out to me. Thank you.
