![]() Author has written 17 stories for Avengers, Thor, and X-overs. HELLO EVERYONE! I should mention first off is that I am an Obsessive Compulsive Progressive Bipolar with Adult ADD. (ADD - Attention Deficit Disorder - oh look, shiny!) No offense anyone - I'm only making fun of myself. I feel the need to mention my OCD and ADD because although I am very detail oriented, I am also easily distracted. I am open to constructive criticism and I hope that everyone will have patience with me and enjoy whatever I may bring to this wonderful community. I've always had an active imagination and I love to read. I love to read, listen to music, crafts, and long walks on the beach (Kidding about the beach part - hate sand and it seemed a fitting way to end the sentence.) My love of reading has been passed down to my by both sides - my father's mother taught me to read before Kindergarten and Mom's Mom has always provided me with books. I think I have been writing since about the time I've been reading. I always love to imagine my self as part of the story, maybe tweak it just a bit to match what I think should have happened. I have several ideas for stories that would be all mine and about a thousand ideas stemming from other authors. I've written several short stories and several hundred poems. I've had two poems published but nothing ever came about from it. I have several favorite authors and I tend to mix my stories. Seems I'm not the only one and that makes me happy. If you were to threaten me with bodily harm, asking who my favorite author was, demanding I give only one answer - I would be in deep doggy doo. I love Janet Evanovich. She's super funny, suspenseful, and a quick read. My 11th grade English teacher Mrs. R. recommend High Five to me and I was hooked. I now own almost all of her books (though some are out on loan because I'm evil and got other's hooked on as well but I digress) and I will refer to her books often to try to keep it real. I also love Christine Feehan. Feehan is an exceptional paranormal romance writer and again I own almost all of her books (and again some are out on lone because I am evil). J.R. Ward is another favorite (yep you guessed it I have almost all her books and some are loaned out). I also like Terry Goodkind but alas I don't have any of his books. If you know any of these authors then you might be aware that they all have one thing in common. (Asides from being totally rocking writers.) They all do series. I absolutely love series - I just hate to wait for the next installments. Some of my other favorites include: Dean Koonts, Stephen King, Ann Rice, Cassie Edwards, Lynsay Sands, and many more. Sheeze what a list. Recently, I would like to add Veronica Roth - No matter HOW she ended Allegiant - that's why we Tris fans turn to Fanfiction - Kami Garcia, Cassandra Clare, Charlene Harris, Julie Wetzel, Lauren Kate, Richelle Mead, and Suzanne Collins... and that list just didn't get any better did it? I guess I should mention that I am pretty much addicted to anything and everything Avengers related. I'm working on a HUGE stand alone Universe that I have been assured that will completely blow the minds of everyone that reads it... but alas, the plot bunnies bite while I'm listening to my iPod and little one-shots sneak out. I will try to give proper warnings when necessary. Then again maybe not. Midgardian's Enchantment P.S. I really like breaking people's hearts when I get into a mood... But have no fear! There is always a purpose... Or a fix-it coming soon. |
