![]() Author has written 9 stories for Oddworld, Slender, Doctor Who, and Aliens/Predator. The Xena Collection (31st January, 2018): Hello everybody, it's me, TheManFromMudos, and today I want to announce a new community, and a new forum, which I have created. Yes, I know it may seem like a bit of an ego boost that I have created a community and forum for my own stories, but I wanted somewhere to contain all of my stories set within the Alien universe in an easily accessible way, and somewhere for you to talk about it (if you like). So, if you follow the first link below, you'll now be directed to The Xena Collection, which currently contains the stories 'Xena', 'Xanthus', and 'Xavier', but will also later contain the prequel '2325', and Secret Project SHK, the nature of which I cannot reveal to you just yet. If you follow the second link, you'll be taken to TheManFromMudos' Alien Forum, where you can chat about the trilogy, characters, whatever you like to other fans (I'm not quite sure if I have enough fans for any substantial discussion to occur, but we'll give it a go. So, if you've ever wanted the whole Xena trilogy all in one place, and to talk to others who have read the stories, here you go. Take a look, have a read, chat, and of course, enjoy. It's 'The Xena Collection' and 'TheManFromMudos' Alien Forum'. THANK YOU! The Xena Collection by TheManFromMudos A Brief Update (12th December, 2017): Hi guys, it's me, TheManFromMudos, and I thought I'd just post a quick update on what's going on at the moment. First of all, no, I'm not dead (but thanks for your concern). No, I'm still alive and kicking, although recently I haven't felt very alive, and I certainly haven't been kicking. The reality of the matter is that I'm now a university student, and my responsibilities as a fully-functioning member of society are proving difficult to bare. Some people say that university is a constant struggle between studying, having a job, and maintaining an amicable social life. They're wrong. For me, it's more like a constant struggle between studying, having a job, maintaining an amicable social life, learning two instruments and a second language, trying to keep fit and healthy, getting a reasonable amount of sleep every night, and writing for you wonderful people. As you can imagine, certain areas quickly fall behind the others. I haven't written in months, I haven't practiced my Japanese in weeks, and my violin sits gathering dust on a high shelf above my desk. But fear not, dear readers! Because things are about to change. This Christmas, I'll be getting a new laptop at long last, which will make studying, practicing my Japanese, and of course writing, much faster than it is on my current, greatly outdated model. Therefore, from the start of next year, things are going to change, and yes, I am going to finish Xavier. Now I know what you're thinking, believe me. It wouldn't be the first time I left a story unfinished, now would it? But trust me, this is one I'm not letting go of. No chance. I have so many ideas for this story, and for others set within the same universe (but not revolving around Matthew and Xena). So please, bare with me. Xavier WILL be coming back. I can only apologise that it's been so long. THANK YOU! Hello everybody, it's me, TheManFromMudos, but if you're reading this right now, you probably know that already. But who exactly is TheManFromMudos? What does he do? What does he enjoy? Well, writing springs to mind, of course. In terms of the wide world outside FanFiction, though, there are all sorts of pastimes which I like to partake in. Gaming, cycling, railway modelling, playing the violin, and the piano (and recently the ukulele). The list goes on, and whilst I may not be the greatest in the world at any of these hobbies, they certainly keep me busy. I'm also learning Japanese at the moment, and have been for about a year (which you may have already gathered if you've read 'Xanthus' and/or 'Xavier'). But what about books? Surely they are the reason that I came to FanFiction in the first place, right? Well, books certainly have played a large part in my childhood. In fact, at the age of 9, I read the entire Harry Potter series (apart from The Deathly Hallows, which wasn't out at the time) in just a few months. More recently, I read the entirety of The Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials in just one day (I got up at six in the morning and read literally non-stop until nine at night)! So then, it's safe to say that I like reading. But that's not all... Film, television and video games have all played a huge part in my life so far. Alien, Doctor Who, and Oddworld, to name one of each. This should be evidenced through my stories. There are literally hundreds of each that I know and love, as well as countless books, so sadly I can't write FanFictions of them all. However, if I think a franchise is truly great, don't worry, there'll be a story about it. I'm always working on something, and of course, not every story is to everyone's taste, but I have no intention of stopping any time soon! Now, that's enough background information about me. The point is, I'm here on FanFiction, and I'm writing new stuff all the time. I hope you all enjoy reading my stories as much as I enjoy writing them. If you want to know more about my planned upcoming projects, just see the list below. Each story is labelled as either a prequel (P), sequel (S), or standalone (A), but of course, I'm not going to tell you which franchise each one is part of! I've also decided to add a new word count below, recording every single word I've ever published on this site, just in case you wanted to know. In any case, that's all from me for now. I'll just leave you to browse the list below in peace. So read on, and, as I always say, enjoy. THANK YOU! - Xavier (S) – Mid 2017 Here's another new feature I've recently added for those of you reading the Xena/Xanthus/Xavier trilogy. It's a complete record of service of Matthew Jones, detailing every ship on which Jones served from his birth in 2240 to his arrival aboard the Angelica in 2342, plus the start and end dates of each mission.
