Stories I'm working on:

Sonic Tales: Wanderlust is not an 'origin' story. At least, not in the conventional sense. Rather than exploring Sonic's birth, him growing up etc. I thought it far more interesting to explore just why he is the way he is. Why is he always wandering? Why, at his core, is he a bit of a loner? Why is he...Sonic? This story begins when Sonic is twelve, but will span years as it explores Sonic's early relationships with new characters and how they influenced him to become who he is as a person. Sonic forms a brotherly bond with someone who, like him, has a thirst for thrills and lives on the edge. It echoes the relationship of Sonic and Tails, but with the roles being reversed; Sonic being the one that follows rather than forming his own path for others to follow. This story's main focus is to explore Sonic as a character, while also presenting an imaginative, fantasy-like world to discover, alongside the forming of real relationships that matter.
