Hi! I'm la-hija-de-Dios! My username actually means "daughter of God" in Spanish, just without the hyphens. I chose that name because, as a Christian, God is my Heavenly Father! I'm a born-again believer in Jesus Christ, and desire to serve Him. :D If you would like to know how to go to Heaven, how to be forgiven of your sins, please ask me! I would be thrilled to show you from the Bible! Please do not curse or take God's name in vain in a review or a PM. If you do, I will politely ask you to stop and, if you continue, delete that thing . . . once I figure out how to do that. I'm not exactly a computer whiz. There will be absolutely no cursing, taking of God's name in vain, homosexuality, or anything . . . inappropriate between two people of the opposite gender in anything I write. :)

My profile picture was drawn for a friend of mine, Ponchygirl, and is a snowman resembling, if ever so slightly, the character Frank Poncherello from the '70s show "CHiPs." I only put it up here so she could see it. :) I drew it for her 'cause she really wanted me to build Ponch the Snowman, but the snow melted before I could. I even made a parody of "Frosty the Snowman" for her with the drawing! It was so much fun! XD Anyway, I hope you like it! I was going to take it down after she saw it, but decided I liked it too much to do that. :) I probably won't change my profile picture for a while (I'm weird like that.), but, as the Indian man in Short Circuit said, "Who is to be knowing?" :D

Man, this is hard, talking all about myself! I'm not used to droning on and on about me, myself, and I. Well, here it goes. I love reading; writing; animals; kids; spending time with my family, boyfriend, and friends; speaking in, singing in, and reading Spanish; drawing; and imitating accents. I am also a bit of a grammar geek. Despite being a Hogan's Heroes fan, I still call myself a Grammar Nazi on occasion. :) Just be glad I'm not part of the Grammar Gestapo, right? :D

My favorite genres for books are Christian Fiction, Mystery, and Historical Fiction. I have a DeviantArt account, too. You can look me up, if you want, but I haven't submitted very many stories yet. I do have some of my drawings there, though. I'm probably going to add more to this later, but right now I can't think of much else to say. Oh!
