I believe that happiness is something given. Happiness is not material and has no shape or form. Happiness is not achieved with wealth or worth. It is achieved with determination and success. It is given when faced with failure and hard trials and it is expanded with truth and hope. Happiness is given when the mind is at ease and the heart is content, when the void is filled and when the pressure is lifted. Happiness, it is a goal not just an emotion. A smile, a laugh or a simple gesture can give someone happiness. But to forever have happiness is to be content and at ease with the life given and to always reach for better and yet simple goals. For in order to achieve happiness and to be able to be content with ones life you must endure.
