Recently it has come to my attention that my profile has become a tad... cliched. It was as if all I was to people was a list of favorites and minor details, sure to be forgotten. That's when the question arose: Do I want to be known as that? Do I want people to look at this forget about it, or think "Wow! This person really spent some time on it!"? Obviously, my choice was to spend some time on it for the people who take the time to read this little drabble.

So, let's begin! My name shall remain unknown on this site for security reasons, but call me anything you wish, including "girl" or "person" or even "anonymous writer sharing their annoying factoids about themselves" if you want. My age shall also remain a secret, but I can say that I am older than fourteen and younger than eighteen. This means, sadly, no smokes, pornography, or my own house. Damn. If it's not obvious to you by now, let me state it: I have no life. That's probably why I'm spending time writing something so long to people over the Internet. But, I shall say, I have no life and am proud of it, dammit!

Mainly, if not ONLY, the stories written and posted by me are shounen-ai and yaoi. For those of you whose cup of tea is anything but, I'm sorry. Personally I prefer relationships involving actual characters of stories instead of a "character/OC" pairing. Those are usually passé and involve the inevitable and dastardly "Mary Sues." Pairings that are totally unbelievable also tick me off. It is my personal belief that pairings should be at least somewhat believable and able to happen. This, in a nutshell, is why I write shounen-ai.

And personally, I don't exactly care if you're against it or not, because that is you, not me. Let's try and be a bit open, please. The world would function so much smoother if we all did, including myself, who, right now, has probably offended millions of people. If I have offended anyone, I am deeply sorry, but the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America gives us the right of Freedom of Speech. Being a citizen of this country, I am protected. Therefore, I can say what I want within reasonable limit. Score one for the anti-oppressive.

Woo hoo! I'm now in love with constructive criticism! From this day forward, I vow to try to give authors my opinions on how they can improve their writing skills while still encouraging them to write. They will NOT be flames, just helpful advice. I also encourage people to give me criticisms so I myself can improve as well, because I know there's at least SOMETHING in every work I write that needs improvement.

Now, my friends, I have a question for you: Did I accomplish my goal at least somewhat and leave a tinny itty bitty impression of me, or was it a complete waste of time? Have the questions first asked to make this what it is been answered, or was it a failure? I don't mean to toot my own horn, but this was a good profile if I do say so myself!
