Why I love Romano so much:

He's amazing and I act a lot like him without thinking. Ask my friends who knew me before Hetalia and after they watched Hetalia along with me.

We have a lot of things in common, even to religion. Now that's saying something. People also tell me that look Italian, but not like the "light-haired" ones. I guess they were trying not to be racist anyway at all? Eh...

Hetalia pet peeves:

Seborga was from the northwestern part of Italy and therefore he is not the brother of Romano whatsoever, but is more like half-brother once removed, right?

People like to think that Seborga was around when the Italy brothers were small children, but he wasn't. I believe by when the Italy brother were teenagers, he was born. Veneziano took good care of him along with the help of France.

Romano is not a curse calling 100% meanie. He's just a cursing weirdo. I mean, he's freaking crazy and curses too much. That's all. He's a asshole at that, though. He freaks out a lot and actually worries a lot. He's lazy as fuck, though.

Veneziano is actually not the kind of person screaming for Germany 24/7. He's not 100% weak and so useless. He isn't and he will kick your ass.

Canada isn't always invisible, you know. People see him and stuff, too. Sheesh, give the dude a break when you write shitty fanfics.

Romano actually eats foreign food. I need to make a Wikipedia account and change the fucking "facts" on there that haven't been updated. I have many examples of this.

Romano doesn't look like he'll fit in with other southern Italians... Just saying... I mean by his looks only...

Headcanons:

Romano:

(I read too many southern Italian travel guides and history books. I am in love with the personification and the country itself. My patron saint is buried a city away from the unofficial capital of southern Italy. Yeah, I'm Catholic. A faithful one, too. If you hate that, oh well.)

Romano's main city that he technically represents is Naples, but also has a lot of characteristics from the mini island region, Sicily. Rome is where his name sake comes from and got the representation for it after the church decided not to govern it anymore. Romano has a big thing for canoli and other sweet things like gelato. He's proud to have most of his food be well recognized around the world as food from Italy instead of his brother's. Romano cares a lot for his brother, but doesn't actually hang around him because he grew unattached and he just gets embarrassed. Romano actually is more religious than his brother and nags at his brother about how he doesn't pray that much anymore. Romano tries hard not to sin, so he doesn't sin personally. What I mean by that is that he's still a virgin. He finds it weird that Spain comes up to him with weird ideas, but Romano still kind of thinks of him like a dad. He's disappointed with how America turned around his recipes to make "junk." Romano approves of stopping the Mafia and joining peace groups about stopping them. The Mafia gives him pains in his sides. He doesn't suffer from the aftermath of his childhood disease because not that much people in his part of Italy have it. When Romano started become an "independent" country from Spain and wasn't unified with his brother yet, he grew a mustache. He secretly went into Germany's house and decorated everything with mustaches and recorded it for a vine. Romano doesn't hate Germany, he just likes to bother him because he thinks it's funny. It just doesn't go as to what he wants. Romano isn't going to be the one to die between the Italy brothers. The volcanoes around his cities and region represent his stomach. I just kinda made that up. He weighs more than his brother, but you can't see it despite that he's shorter than him. He's Veneziano's half-brother. He's Greece's older brother. He is around a similar age to England (I think). His first kiss was with Belgium~! He still has a thing for Belgium. He goes to confession often. He can paint and stuff, but he just doesn't like it whatsoever. He actually uses potatoes in his cooking, but refuses only German potatoes. If he ends up with them, he invades Germany's house and places them everywhere.

Veneziano:

Veneziano doesn't remember much from his childhood after his grandpa took him away from Romano. He claims that they haven't met when they were younger, but Romano denies that. Veneziano is very much used to the cold and he thinks it's funny to see Romano super cold in only in a little less than normal temperatures. Veneziano loves Romano and wants to be around him because he wants to see if southern Italians are all the bad stereotypes that his own people claim they are. Veneziano is bi-curious, but seems to want to be under bisexual. Romano nags him about that. He sleeps naked because he gets too hot and uncomfortable. He puts underwear and an undershirt every time he wants to sleep with Romano because he wants to respect his brother's wishes. After he got independence from Austria, he raised Seborga and told Romano about it several times. Surprisingly, he doesn't talk about it often. When he wants tot get what he wants, he opens his eyes and will purposely stare into your soul. Once he was pissed with Germany, he opened his eyes. It hasn't left Germany since. France helped Veneziano a lot when he was younger and other stuff, too. Veneziano is glad to a friend like Prussia because he helped him gain independence from Austria. Veneziano likes to go by the phrase, "Forgive and forget." Veneziano sometimes holds his chest where his heart is because it tells the persons he's with that it hurts. It the reason why he doesn't want to be alone. He told his brother this and Romano wants someone to be with him at all times no matter what. He is even willing to help. When Veneziano was captured in World War I, he didn't tell anyone whatsoever. Germany only held him prisoner and held him for hostage. When he was mailed back, he looked for his brother, who was nowhere to be seen. He isn't virgin and had sex multiple times. He rarely goes to confession because he claims that he commits less sins than his brother. He's strong, but gets light-headed when he tries too hard.
