Yennefer and Jaskier discuss Geralt

Geralt tries to find the words he came this way to say. Words are Jaskier's strong suit, not his. "I spoke harshly before. Forgive me."

The thing about Jaskier is that he knows him well enough after all these years that he doesn't need to apologize. Jaskier knows he didn't mean the things he said, knows he regrets them. With that being known, Geralt hardly thinks an apology is needed.

5 times Geralt rejects Jaskier, and one time he doesn't

"I loved you." The words are bitter and flat. He'd like to make them sharp, to turn words into knives and cut into Geralt the way Geralt cut into him.

Eliot is an assassin who gets hired to kill Julia Wicker and Quentin Coldwater. Then he meets Quentin and falls in love.

AU where Quentin gets expelled in 1x02, but keeps his memories thanks to the Emerson. He joins Julia and the hedge witches to learn magic. But the Beast is still out there and they have to stop him. Eventual Quentin/Eliot and Julia/Marina

It's fairly advanced magic, but Marina is a talented witch, and no card carrying magician would be willing to do this for him. He needs a hedge, and one he can trust. Strangely enough, that's Marina in this case.

She imagines touching Kady now, reaching out and running a hand along her arm. She bets her skin is soft. She wants to trace her fingers along her flesh, to run a hand through her hair. These aren't the thoughts straight girls have. Alice is aware of that, so she guesses that means she isn't a straight girl.

Eliot goes home for Christmas, but he doesn't want to face his family alone. Both his brothers are bringing their girlfriends, so he asks Quentin to go with him and pretend to be his boyfriend.
