The war is over, finally. But, the memories are still there. The Decepticons and Autobots may coexist together but that doesn't mean that everyone is "good". Optimus Prime is always there to pick him up, not that Starscream finds it "bothersome" it's just, he doesn't want Optimus to be more stressed over a stupid "sickness"
