A truce is in the process of being formed between the Scarlet and Spix's macaws, though some of the birds are still unsure of this change, like Roberto. While being concerned with the safety of his own tribe and dealing with Scarlet macaws becoming a regular sight in the village, Roberto is suffering from nightmares of his captive life, and comfort comes from an unexpected bird.

It's the night of Valentine's Day and Sandy is out on his duties to spread good dreams to the children, though he is distracted by his thoughts of wanting to spend the day with Toothiana instead.
