Hello, stranger :)

BeautifulMorningStar is pretty much a huge clue to my real name, but only to those who know me :D Just call me Beams :p

I write het, slash and femslash according to the whim and fancy of my crazy shipping heart. Most of the ships I write about are the uncommon ones, but ones where I see potential in the novelty. So far, I've tried Carl/Blake from As Told by Ginger, Abby/Heinrich, Abby/Henrietta, Abby/Hoagie from Codename: Kids Next Door, and Parvati/Draco from Harry Potter. I have this huge urge to do more Harry Potter fics though (HUGE Potterhead), both romantic AND otherwise, plus something for Avatar: The Legend of Korra.

While we're talking about ships, can I just mention that I'm a Bubbline (Adventure Time), Helga/Arnold (Hey Arnold!) and Gray Ghost (Danny Phantom) shipper too?

I'm more partial to one-shots, I think, because time has never ever been kind with me, throughout my life, and so I'm always struggling with updating frequently and on time. If you like one of my multi-chapter fics, please bear with me, will you?

A bit about me:

I'm 21 this year, whoopee. Not sure whether my age would be a bias for readers, but hey whatever. Just check out my stories, kay? :) I'm female, and hope someday to publish a book, whenever that fine day will be. (Hey, everyone has dreams, right?)

I have been writing since I was little, but just like with a lot of other things I like to do, I've never actually ventured out and done something with this interest. I was the kind of weirdo in high school who carried around a couple of notebooks for my stories, another for my song lyrics and poetry, and a sketchbook for my random drawings. This stuff took up more space than the schoolbooks I was actually supposed to bring; I remember my teacher declaring that it was all a waste of paper. Not to me, though.

I decided to get an account here, because for a long while recently I've dedicated a LOT of my life to certain old cartoons, stories, pairings, AU pairings, and all the fanfiction it could possibly produce. I wanted in on this action, so here I am :D

P.S. Try not to flame me or anything, I mean, I do plan to warn you about slash whenever I attempt it, so if you don't like it... just don't read it ;) As for my writing, well... just be patient with me, I'm learning too :)
