Update: Let's see . . .today I'll blame my delays on the case of viral ick I had for two weeks and the fact that my laptop is languishing in the repair shop. But don't worry! I actually handwrote a few pages of 'No Escape' and am plugging them into the current storyline. As sharp-eyed (or obsessive) readers may have noticed, a few subtle formatting changes took place in a couple of those chapters. I'm still fussing with how the timeline plays out, sorry about that. I just really really don't want it to be confusing. So there will probably a few more little changes like that made but the content will stay the same.

'Firsts' is also still on the table. It's been pitifully neglected even if it's essentially done except that it's not, you know, done. You know what I mean.
