Set after the events of War Against Smithy and Shroob Assassins, a small period of peace is disrupted as princess Rozalin disappears on a visit to Rogueport. Mario gets a weird map in his hands sended to him by Rozalin. Mario and Luigi depart to Rogueport to see what is going on where they will come face-to-face with old and new enemies.

After the fated battle against Dimentio Mario is trying to take some rest. When he joins a Duel Tournament in New-York Princess Rozalin gets kidnapped by the mysterious Princess Shroob. This only a small story consisting of 3 or 4 chapters.

Mario and his allies finally arived in the Shadow Realm, all that remains now is Smithy's factory, Smithy holds the last Millennium Item and the last Star Piece. Will our heroes be able to stop Smithy and stop the dreaded plan of the Trinity?

In Japan a Duel Academy student fights to safe his land and his sister from the influence of an evil scientist. This is a small side story of 5 chapters that follows Ushiwaka, who appeared earlier in my story The Elder Scrolls Tournament.
