Original Prompt: Sherlock trains an unknowing John to have a spontanous orgasm as an affect of a ceratin trigger (like a squeeze of the hand or something). Sherlock then triggers John to have an orgasm somewhere public, like at a crime scene or something. John doesn't even realize what Sherlock's been up to until this happens.
