A Modern Gendrya AU in which they have finally graduated high school and Gendry wants to use their gap year to go on a road trip. They have a list which lists everything they want to do on the trip. Although, they get in some sticky situations which leave them thinking, "I should've stayed home..."

Mitchell's a tired barista. Annie's a cute girl-next-door who comes through the cafe every day, ordering the same thing each time. He feels like a teenage girl, fawning over this cute stranger. Cue awkward Mitchell flirting.

Annie's human. Mitchell and Annie haven't seen each other in three years. But when he finds her in the hospital suffering from incurable cancer, he freaks out. He offers to make her a vampire, but will she accept it?

[BEING HUMAN ZOMBIE AU] After the death of Annie's fiancé, Owen, she's forced to take on his role as the leader of Sector 44. Annie's barely making it through, but she's doing the best she can. Her job only gets harder when a handsome stranger, Mitchell, strolls in, asking to join them. Little does she know that she's opened herself up to a whole 'nother world.

Mitchell meets Annie at the bar and he gives into his blood-lust, making Annie into a vampire. he feels bad for what he did, and he offers to help her through it. Annie, of course, isn't too keen on the idea of being a vampire but she has the choice of either being under Mitchell's wing or Herricks…or the choice of ending it all with one stab to her chest.

This is my retelling of the scene in 03x07 when Annie confronts Mitchell about the train massacre. But in this one, it's Mitchell who tells Annie.

For those who perhaps need closure following the events of the season three finale. Annie meets up with Mitchell in Purgatory.

In which a few years has passed and Arya is in the wilderness by herself. Gendry comes back into her life and reopens the old wounds that he left all those years past. Things happen, for better, for worse. [I'm reading A Storm of Swords Part 2, so I don't know much detail beyond that book. So some things might be different.
