Author has written 1 story for Harry Potter.

Hi, I have a name, but I'd rather not release it so publicly so you can call me Olivia, and I'm addicted to words. Reading, that is.

I'm a beta reader. PM me if you so desire (PLEASE DO, I'M IN COLLEGE AND DON'T HAVE A SINGLE ENGLISH CLASS AND I'M DYING). I work through email primarily, but messaging will work also (Damn, I guess using my email gives away my name, doesn't it? Didn't think that one through...).

I love writing and reading, but I like writing things I can control. For instance, Prim will always be Katniss' sister, James and Lily, no matter how much I want otherwise, will always end up dying (as we all will some day, not to put a downer on anyone's day), Percy will always save the day, and John Green will always be there to ruin it. These things are out of my control, even though this is strictly a "fiction" site. I'll try as I might to finish the one story I've started, but, as I stated earlier, I'm in college and the first chapter alone took four months and four horrible chapters that were written and deleted just the same to get this one out. I'm very critical of even my own work, so I hope it lives up to the expectations I have set for it, although who knows when (if) it will be finished? I really hope to finish it, though. I have faith.

You know...on a good day.

What else?

A little bit about me:

I live in Texas, am in college and I'm majoring in biomedical science (I want to be a doctor so, sadly, no English classes for me). I want to be a doctor, and I want to (WILL) write a book someday (when I have money and can do research, all that jazz).

My favorite book of all time is--well, that's not really a fair statement because if I answer one, I'll feel like I'm betraying my babies and, I mean, it's like picking a favorite child. It's unethical, really. (It's Harry Potter, sorry John Green).

My favorite author, on the other hand, is a no-brain-er. Don DeLillo. Wow. wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, that's all I can say. I freaking LOVE his writing. You know those lines that you underline or write down and just think about because they're so good and you just never thought of it like that before? Yeah. Well, like, every other line in his books is like that. I never wrote in books before him. He's ruined me, now my margins are filled with scribbles and nonsense and people probably think I have a problem because I'm sitting in O-chem annotating this book like I've got some sort of deadline. His books make me want to write analytical essays and read them in front of my class. He just published a new book in 2014 called 'Point Omega' and if you're looking for a quick read I highly recommend it. It's only about 65 pages. Kind of 'out there' but it'll make you THINK. He's, like, my new James Joyce or F. Scott Fitzgerald. Combined. A sort of gross hybrid of the two, with a smidgen of Charles Dickens minus the whole Great Expectations fiasco. A dash of Vonnegut. Sugar, spice, and everything nice, if you will.

Okay, I'm really rambling now. Message me and I'll talk your ear off (type your...eyes...out?...this analogy doesn't work digitally). Seriously. Do it. I have no essays to write except for boring old lab reports, I'll could write the shit out of an essay right now.

Well, that's it, I guess. Thanks for stopping by. PM me if you have any questions/want me to beta or something. I'd love to!

In the midst of war, seven teenagers struggle with finding themselves in a world seemingly beyond repair. Lily Evans' story is told through the eyes of a mysterious narrator-a story of love and loss, war and peace. A story like the ocean as the tide rolls in, pushing and pulling, tearing itself apart but putting itself back together. And coming back. Always coming back.
