Author has written 6 stories for Bleach, and Naruto. Good day everybody! I have nothing to do on this Saturday night, so I figure that it’s about time I change my profile because it’s so outdated now. I think I should make a timeless profile but … eh. As you can see in my list of story, I am quite fond of Naruto’s supporting character, Yamanaka Ino. While Ino might not necessarily be my most favorite character in the whole animeverse, I do find her easiest to write. Anyway if you wanted to have a one-shot about Ino or Matsumoto done by me, feel free to PM your idea! --Now that I think about it again, I think I'm open for request for a story for any characters (not only Ino and Matsumoto) (cracked pairings are much better) though I DON'T accept yaoi pairing. My relationship with yaoi is strictly reading :p . One-shot might be quite a ... fun thing to have when I have this wonderful (subjective) idea about something but there's no way I can put it on my ongoing stories. -- Story request I'm open for : Naruto, Bleach, Fairy Tail, Gintama, Final Fantasy 8, Death Note, Hunter x Hunter, Rurouni Kenshin, any crossover from the previously mentioned series. Those are the series in which I'm completely familiar with the characters and stuff. So, challenge me with your ideas!! (Oh My God, I don't know why I'm acting like I'm this veteran writer and all, though it's still greatly welcomed though ;)) Anyway, in Begin Again, a movie starring Mark Ruffalo and Keira Knightley (the plot is not so good but the songs are decent!), Mark Ruffalo said something like this : “You can learn a lot from a person from her playlist” Using the same logic, I think I can say that you can learn a lot from a person from what they read and watch! So here I go : My recent manga addiction : Kangoku no Gakuen. It’s so funny!! The ecchi part is definitely way over the top, but if you’re willing to overlook that, it’s a must read! It’s incredibly funny!!! (Or just my kind of funny) Everybody should check it out!!! (it’s a 2011 manga so …) Most enjoyable-to-read ongoing manga (aside from Kangoku no Gakuen): Silver Spoon. It’s funny, easy to relate to, and there’s no particular arc. It’s a very fun manga to read. Gintama. Should be obvious why. The parody, the skit, the unpredictable plot. It’s the pinnacle of a comedy in a manga. (Though I hate it when it comes down to slapsticks, which appeared quite often in the manga. We’re not supposed to laugh when people are hurt.) Boku no Hero Academia. Definitely has the potential to continue Naruto’s legacy. As long as the mangaka sticks to his style at the moment, it’s definitely going to GO BIG. The list would never end if I continued to list every manga that I enjoy so I’m going to list the three I’m enjoying the most ;) Things I learned about manga as of lately: 1. Everyone hates Bleach for some reasons and I don’t understand that. Well, the reasons as to why they find Bleach not as good as it was, I understand, but why it ticked them off so much, I don’t get. It’s just a manga, everyone. 2. My adventure in the Shoujo-verse left me with this sad conclusion: The cool, controlling, uptight black haired guy with glasses never end up with the protagonist. Most of the time, they’re not even in the rivalry. Example : Kyoya (Ouran High School Host Club), Hanamaki (Love Celeb –spoiler : it’s smut-ish and the plot is well … ordinary-), Munechika (Gakuen no Ouji – spoiler : it’s screaming classic shoujo!!! until it screams morally twisted!!!!). I earnestly rooted for them throughout the series and I know I have made a mistake because it’s shoujo. The girl is always going to end up with the childish/nice/prankster type of guy, or the juvenile kind of guy that soften for her only. (But, if you do find a manga that ends up with the controlling glasses guy please DO tell me. I would LOVE to read it. ) 3. Reverse harem is an awesome idea, but most of the time, the execution is not as I expected it to be. My favorite authors: Emily Giffin, Sophie Kinsella, Liane Moriarty and Rick Riordan. The first three names are all book writers that’s segmented for woman. Josei, if it’s a manga category. They all have different kind of style of writing but I love them all! I greatly look up to all three of them. Rick Riordan, as we all know, is the writer of Percy Jackson the series and Carter Kane the series. I have read all the books (or so I thought) he wrote and my review to all of them: the dialogues are wonderful, the adventure is thrilling, and the characters are totally relatable. Ongoing Series I love : The Mindy Project, Modern Family, Archer, The Mentalist, Elementary, Scandal, House of Cards, 2 Broke Girls, The Originals That's about it people. I'm running out of what to say. |
