December 28th, 2006,

Thank you all for being so loyal and patient with me. Finals ended a week ago but there has been a family crisis. Some crazy-ass virus turned into the black plague (or avian flu, or cholera, or possibly ebola...who knows?) and attacked my family the day I got home. Then it ravaged all 7 of our bodies until my grandmother was taken to the hospital in an ambulance on Christmas Eve morning. Christmas was spent visiting her in room 19A in the hospital and she just came home today. My mom and I are planning on driving my grandparents back to North Carolina in two days and we will be staying there until we are sure they can take care of themselves once more without worry. Please be patient. I promise updates as soon as I get back to Jersey.
