The first two books of Investigators have been finished and book 3 is nearly finished. I've decided to go ahead and write book 4 although it will probably be shorter than the others. Between book 3 and 4, I'll be posting a prequel to book 1, which will be 8 chapters long and uploaded over the course of 2 months while I get started on book 4.

A few details I can reveal about book 4 without spoiling too much:

I will post updates of stories here if there are any to avoid writing annoying author's notes at the beginning/end of the chapters. They will usually be taken down after a week unless it involves something ongoing.

I legitimately feel bad about this, but it looks like the last chapter is going to take longer than expected. At this point, I don't want to divide up the story into any more chapters, but this last one is turning out to be much longer than anticipated. I'm hoping to have it finished by some time this week, hopefully within the next few days, but for now I don't have an exact date for when it will be. I've held out long enough though, so regardless of whether it's finished before next Sunday or not, I'm going to start uploading chapters of the prequel next Sunday.
