Hello!~

So, My name is Nickila. It's very nice to meet you. c: I'm currently a student at community college working towards an associates degree in English. Writing is my passion, and any moment I have to myself as free time I usually spend reading or writing (or watching cartoons or whatever, honestly depends on the day hahah).

Currently I live on the East Coast of the United States of America, but someday soon I'd like to move to Washington state. Fingers crossed things work out! Nothing against the east coast, it's my favorite coast, it's just that if I want to work in the field I wanna work in I'll have to move out west. -sigh-

I hope to one day become a successful writer/voice actress on Cartoon Network. That is literally my dream career hahah.

As far as my works go...

As of today's date (February 4, 2016) I finished chapter 16 of a 40 or so chapter Steven Universe story I'm working on. I WILL NOT BE POSTING THE STORY UNTIL IT IS COMPLETED, so that I can avoid falling into a pit of writers block and Gods awful hiatus'.

However, I've written out a detailed outline of every chapter of the story, so I've been more or less trucking along. (It seriously helps, I'm not kidding. But you do you if you're an author/authoress who has no issues hahah).

Once I finish my Steven Universe story I'll start my detailed outline to finish, yes, FINISH Life of a Kirkland. I know guys, you've been waiting a while, but I swear I'll eventually pick it back up and finish it! Just wait a little longer!

After that, who knows what I'll do hahahah. I'd like to take things steps at a time, so I won't worry about a new project until I finish these two.

So, that's the gist guys, thank you so much for bearing with me with Life of a Kirkland, and I really hope (if you're into Steven Universe) you'll like the story I'm currently working on.
